This is how it looks once it's fully set up, and the process was easier than expected. The pump is compact, not overly loud, and simple to adjust. I like that it has a static mode when you want consistent support instead of alternating pressure. The pressure changes are smooth and not distracting while resting. This worked great for my elderly dad who is semi bed ridden. He slept well and now my siblings are ordering one for his future visits. Its quiet so it doesn't interrupt his sleep or my mother's sleep. Setup was easy and we were able to place a sheet protector on top.

About 2 years ago a mystery infection ran rampant through my body. Because of this I suffered a stroke in my spine and lost allot of feeling and strength in my legs. I'm not wheelchair bound. Bed sores are a major concern. Coming out of the hospital I was given a hospital bed and an alternating pressure mattress. It was ok however I was always concerned that if it failed it might take a minute to get a replacement. Upon realizing I could get one from Walmart was an awesome revelation. I know use it as my primary mattress and hold my old one as backup. The one from Walmart is extremely comfortable. And has kept my body as healthy as possible. I would recommend this product to anybody with a concern of bed sores.

This is perfect for seniors or those who have to stay on beds for a long period of time. It is extremely sturdy, quiet, and has a great waterproof material. It's comfortable as well. This was easy to set up and can be used by anybody.

Our son recently became a paraplegic and was developing pressure sores from his mattress. We purchased this air mattress to help prevent them from happening again. We installed this on his bed the day we received it and it is working very well. My only complaint, if you could even consider it one, is that it doesn't stay in place as well as I would like. It simply tucks under your current mattress on the top and bottom. His mattress is very heavy and it is difficult to get it under with the material provided. I think that maybe it needs an extra couple of inches in order to be more secure. So this could just be a personal issue. All in all, I would highly recommend this air mattress, because it does its job well and the comfort too actually attaches to the blow up part. So it does stay in place on top of the rotating air mattress. We just have to move the whole thing every few days to retuck the top end under the bed mattress. As for the amount of noise from the motor, YOU ACTUALLY CANNOT EVEN HEAR IT!! Do to sum it all up, it could stand for the ends to be a little longer, but it performs very well. The comfort too is soft yet waterproof and the motor is whisper quiet. Yes, I would highly recommend this product.

I think this will be perfect for after my surgery that I will be scheduling after getting my mri done of my neck and back and especially since I fell today walking the dog I'm in pain so maybe I will test it out tonight I does look comfortable and big enough for me and won't take up the whole bed

It was very easy to set up and start. The noise with air pressure change was tolerable but may be rough for sensitive groups. This is the perfect setup, especially with a new family member struggling with being bedridden. The pain of lying down seems to be lessened with this device.

Well , The advertised picture portrayed a more robust looking cushioning surface material. Actual product inflated thickness is marginal providing little relief from underlying mattress when patient is positioned on the mat, or not. Cells are easily depressed to underlying surface. The surface material is like a children's blow up pool or bouncy ball and will require a top sheet to cover. The pump is very quiet and performs as it should. Next bed sore mattress will have deeper cushioning height and more patient friendly surface material. Recommended but skeptical till proven to provide relief. Still, hope it works and prevents future tissue damage. Potentially Overpriced
