This kit was easy to use and was pleased that it had so many tests available in the one package. The instructions also gave advice on how to correct deficiencies or overages of the the nutrients. Will buy again for fall testing and again next spring.

Spent a few hours doing some sample soil testing around the house and garden.One soil sample sent to the University costs around $15 so this pays for itself quickly. This kit is very easy to use. The only thing a little fuzzy in the instructions is that everything (soil, capsule and water) go into the TEST chamber, not the REFERENCE chamber. I did get some slightly different (but repeatable) numbers in different areas around the house so for the average homeowner, this test kit is affordable and probably all you need!
