if this is the cover that you zip around the mattress of my cash yes we are so bad about spills and all kinds of things that happened and it's totally protects it and it's easy to just wash it and dry it throw it back on the bed and it it's because it's a little fuzzy stuff that's comfortable on top of the plastic and it's not loud and crunchy or uncomfortable and it feels really good and then something can spilled on it you can just wipe it right up your tail like ice water or something so nice to have it I really do love it and the price is really nice because some of this can be quite pricey but I love that it's not easy and I can't stand them when you roll around and you feel it crunchy stuff but yeah that's it's wonderful it's a lifesaver for your mattress

I have four dogs all over 100 lb then sleep with me and one Chihuahua that thinks she needs to dig her way to China every time she goes to bed this is the second one that I bought and the other one is still in good shape but I just wanted to have a backup when I do laundry so that I can put a clean one on and always have a nice clean fresh one and no rips no tears it's held up to everything it's a very and there's a lot of times that I just put the new cover on or take the sheets off and wash them and forget to put them on for a couple of days because I just fell asleep in the recliner and they have they've held up to my dogs which is the miracle cuz my dogs are destructive

Fits a 14inch king mattress with extra room so it would definitely fit a 16in mattress. We have it on a 14 inch king mattress and it's actually a little big but just ordered a 3 inch mattress topper to go on top and that should make it fit a little more snug. It is quiet and went on pretty easy. It fully covered the mattress and zips up. I'm not sure about the waterproof part it feels like it might keep a little water from going through but haven't tested that yet just wanted it to keep our new mattress clean and lasting longer. Will definitely buy again this brand if we ever need another one it is worth it. We bought a cheaper one and had to return it cuz it ripped putting it on so this one is definitely worth buying even if it is a few more dollars.

I got confused... the note with package says " bottom side is water proof" and other note says" 360°water proof" I touched this fabric it seems like all same . So, it is all round water proof.. how it is breathable....... In fact, it is not keeping heat less than I thought. It is okay.

I'm a little disappointed with my purchase of The Lux Decor Waterproof Zippered Mattress Encasement, but I'm satisfied enough that if you're in need of a mattress encasement and on an extremely limited fixed income, I would recommend this one. I bought this because the zipper broke on the cover that came with my mattress and it being memory foam an encasement is a must. For the price its not bad but the name and some of the claims made in the description are deceiving. The quality isn't exactly what I would call lux, it's not terrible but it's definitely not lux. The fabric is thin with kind of has a plastic feel to it. When you move on it, it sounds like its made of gift box tissue paper but its not too loud that its bothersome. I like that it is a full encasement and that it fit my 16" deep mattress without a problem. It was surprisingly a breeze to put on despite the zipper only going around half of the encasement, it can easily be done by one person. So far, it's been able to repel small amounts of liquids and moisture but I don't know how it would hold up to big spills because I haven't had any. And I can't say for certain that it's 100% bed bug proof as we don't have any in our home, thank God! I have had the pleasure of dealing with and eradicating them once in the past and this encasement appears to close up tight and secure that I'm pretty sure that it would keep them out. Overall for the price it's alright.

I bought it too in case my new mattress. The fit is very loose only for more tighter fit or snug. Haven't tested if it's waterproof. With full zipper it seems like it should be able to keep out bugs. It doesn't make much noise while sleeping on it. It's quiet. I was hoping for a less synthetic material material I'm not sure if it's possible. Decent words price.

This is very thin material that feels like skin. Very creepy. Once you unzip it to put on your bed it gets worse, you can't make heads or tails about how to begin. Your mattress is supposed to fit into this thing that feels like a cadaver. It was impossible for me to figure it out, all the while being creeped out. Not for me, Thanks.

This has happened more than once...but believe this is a bait and switch operation. I ordered the Lux Decor Premium Mattress Encasement first part of November but received the Standard and not Premium. Thinking it was just an error, I returned to Walmart and reordered the Premium again....just received the Standard again! When ordered the first time the cost had been reduced to almost the same price as the standard and decided to go with premium because it also states bed bug proof along with the waterproof. When i reordered from Walmart the premium was still on sale so this is why i first thought wrong one sent but the second one is also standard but Walmart is still listing the premium at deal price.
