I always thought that the idea of something cleaning you while on the toilet was kind of nasty but I felt that I should order it because maybe I was missing out on something really good. When I received the product I was very surprised at how light it was and how well it blends in with my toilet. It hangs a comfortable distance away from the toilet seat so that almost anyone can sit without it being in the way. The knob is so easy to turn that even those of us with arthritis will have no problem using it. It works great and makes you feel clean and fresh every time you use it. It will save you money if you are like me and you are using the cleansing wipes. This eliminates that need totally. Cleansing function- When you turn the control knob the water pressure is pretty hard. It suggests that you "can" use the metal T-valve but I strongly recommend using it unless you want an enema because you are getting full water pressure from your water supply valve if you don't. The plastic T-valve only provides full water pressure whereas the metal one has a water pressure control lever on it. Simply sit on the toilet as if you're going to use it, turn control knob to the dot before low, turn the T-valve lever to the right until the water pressure is comfortable. Now the pressure is set. You may say you can just use the plastic one and simply control the water pressure at the control valve on the unit but I noticed that there is no difference in the extreme pressure whether you turn it to low or high. Be warned if you don't believe me. The description also says that it will cut down on toilet paper but I disagree, unless you have regular diarrhea. Because of all the water spurting I find that I use more toilet paper to dry all the extra areas that were splashed by the hard water stream. If you are having a bowel movement that is messy this will definitely cut down on toilet paper. One other note: The water coming out of the bidet is coming from the water supply not the toilet tank. Hose Installation - The easier part of the installation is installing the unit to the toilet. I do suggest that when you put the screws in that you slide the unit as close as possible to the toilet bowl then tighten making sure the toilet seat is centered and tight. The only con I have is how very difficult it was to install the hoses and T-valve. My toilet is in a tight spot and the bidet makes it even harder because it sits on the same side as the valve hoses so I would suggest you install the bidet last instead of first like the instructions suggest. Trying to work around the unit was a total headache. Then they provide everything except the hose that leads from the water valve to the T-valve. Of course that took some effort to get. I ended up bringing the T-valve to the store and screwed it onto the hoses until I found the right size. The size needed is a 12" long hose with 7/8" BC and 3/8" Comp. After finally getting the right size I emptied the leftover water in the tank with a sponge. The problem I had was that as I tightened the T-valve I loosened the nut that held the float unit screw in. The only tool that worked without tearing up anything was the plumber's wrench with the head that swings in all directions. It works in any direction on many size screws. I already had one but if you don't maybe you can use adjustable vice grips. Also, that plastic wrench they include only tightens the 3/8" connections. Once I had it in I loved it but during the install I wanted to trash it all because it was so hard "for me" to put in due to my arthritis and Fibro combined with a really tight working space. If your circumstances are anything like mine you may want to hire a handyman or get a family member to install if for you. All in all I absolutely love it and after two days I can't imagine why I haven't gotten one before.
My review today is on the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet 320. I have always wanted to have a bidet for the simple fact that it will provide extra cleaning in your tender areas. The 320 I selected has the blue face and chrome plated plastic knobs. All the parts you need for installation are provided, except a flat head screw driver(Suggestion have your own adjustable wrench). The Installation itself is straight forward and very simple and will technically take approx. 5 min. I experienced a couple of bumps so I had to do some problem solving. To begin with the area I had to work in is narrow and tight, so I opted to start with the hoses. Just a few suggestions to help avoid a headache: • When mounting the bidet, under your toilet seat, make sure it is not too close to the toilet bowl. (Will prevent nozzels from extracting) • When attaching the T adapter to your water tank make sure you use either the plastic wrench provided or your own to ensure that it is good and tight, otherwise, you will have water leaking, trust me. Now, I have made a list of a few reasons why I am extremely happy with my Luxe bidet Neo 320: • Helps to save me money on TP (TOILET PAPER) • Less toilet paper reduces the impact on my water pipes • Less toilet paper, less clogging • It works like a charm • I can adjust the water pressure • Has the self cleaning feature (yay) • The option/connections for the hot water line - My hot water line is too far ☹ Another bonus, for us ladies there is a second nozzle specifically for women (helps in that time of the month) how wonderful is that. So, what it all boils down to is YES, I will recommend this bidet without a doubt.
great bidet easy to install it works perfectly very helpful fordaily use good quality l highly recommened
Dont know how I lived without this for ao long
this is best thing I have bought in my life
The best thing ever and saves on toilet paper!!!
this is better than I expected. easy to install even with hands. not leaking, not moving. solid work
Very hard to install by do it yourselfers. Previous model we had cracked but the water feed wasm not visible like this one. Feed is not underneath
Does what it's supposed to do. Convenient.
Seller falsely claims quick delivery and then you can only guess when you'll get item delivery delay after delivery delay. Had to cancel order so I could actually get on from somewhere else.
