I love the wood and quality of the whole tray. I dont like the little removable trays because I have to store it upright because of the limited space in the bathroom and the trays fall out. It serves its purpose so I am happy with it.

It took about 3 weeks to be shipped to the store for pick up. I picked it up today to find out the box was damaged with a hole displaying a huge scratch on the wood. When I took the item out of the box it was securely wrapped in plastic with a hole on the side where it was displayed from the outside of the box. I would have returned it but I've been looking around for this item and finally found it at a great price. Other than, a damaged box, chipped pieces and scratches. I would've given this item 5 stars for the overall appearance.

The box it came in was greatly damaged I really didnt want to except it because it is a gift I opened it up and hoping its okay and will give it open instead

I love the look and sturdiness of it, but it appears to grow mold/mildew within a few months. I'm way past the point of returning it, so I'm stuck with it

The book holder only holds a very small book and tilts so far back, you can't read it. The picture appears like the book is more upright than it actually is. I do like the adjustable sides. The gray plastic book holder is not attractive looking. Would be nice to have a hangar on the back to store out of tub when not in use.
