Perfect size for leg or wrist / arm use, and since they give you two ice pact inserts, you could leave one in your freezer while you keep the other insert handy to use with heat! Velcro closure. Good value. Recommend!
i had all of my top teeth pulled , i used a baggy full of warm water at first. I found this and it was perfect for my aching gums. the wrap around velcro stap , made it stay in place without holding it.
Great value and perfect for our needs. I liked how the ice pack can go in the belt or on its own. I needed this for a back injury so it was perfect for my needs and versatile.
The ice packs are the perfect size and I love that they come with a belt! It's going to be a huge help after my surgery!
The Lyntimo Ice Packs for Injuries I'm a fan of. It is easy to use either hot or cold. You simply slide the ice pack in and then place where desired. The band features Velcro so adjustability is made simple to get the fit you need. Keeping this clean is simple and there's been no issues of the ice packs leaking or coming apart in any way. This has been a great aid for bruises and aches and pains. It has helped me when I have swelling from bug bites to ease the warmth and the agitations.

love this item. got it for after my knee surgery but also use it during migraines. worth every penny and is my go to ice pack for everything. now.
Ice packs are already in a soft fabric. The wrap is very handy for hard to reach places like the back of the neck.
I like the cover with the velcro strap. It makes this very easy to use. I would have liked to have two covers since there are two hot/cold packs.
I had a very sore swollen toe injury. It was very difficult to keep an ice pack on it while elevated. This ice pack worked wonders. while one was in use the other was in the freezer ready to use. They are also malleable, so they shape to the toe better a normal ice pack.
