One is water
One is water. I was under the impression that it would be 2 bottles of spray with the safety cap you have to lift. It's not. It's water and 1 pepper spray for double the price of one pepper spray. Now I have to return this and wait another week to actually have spray for me and my son that I need NOW.

PICK A DIFFERENT BRAND.
I'm partially blind I didn't realize it was training mace and that's not what I wanted . Now I check and it can't be returned. IT wasn't opened . Maybe company should make a better return plan, They lost a disabled customer who always orders online. NP.

Don't BUY!
Do not waste your money with this very deceivng packaging product! Buy other spray more effective and lower price. Unable to get a refund due to their 'policy return'. TOO bad to sad!
