I use these nightly for Noise Control. The Grocery across the street gets deliveries at night. They often get loud. With these, I don't hear anything, and I sleep through their comings and goings. Easy to use ,and long lasting when you place them in the holder when not in use. They work like Magic when traveling, too. Making silence needed for Sleep achievable even under adverse circumstances. Yes I recommend them. Yes I DO use them all the time. they work.

Best earplugs for sleeping. Stay in ears well if ears are clean and dry. Haven't tried them for swimming.

I like these earplugs and was glad to receive them, but, they were separated from its order in which other items were included which was confusing. Please, in the future, if you can, just wait to ship all of the same items in an order until you can mail them all at the same time in ONE package. Also, the earplugs were received in a paper shipping bag and the box the earplugs were in was smashed. This products should have been mailed in a BOX, or, it should have been bubble-wrapped in order to survive better in just a paper bag!

If you're a side sleeper or move much when you sleep it can break the vacuum that these use to decrease noise level.
