Magic Mixies Magic Genie Lamp with Interactive 8 inch Rainbow Magic Plush, Ages 5+

This Genie lamp is absolutely so cute and is fitting for both boys and girls which is nice if you have multiples. The "fog" that comes out of it seems to last forever and the Genie itself can be played with, without the lamp so its worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent toy in terms of repeat play as you can complete the entire reveal again in full. Not all reveal toys have that option. My children enjoyed the reveal and couldn't work it out. We still have mist appearing now after many plays! There wasn't a lot of plastic running and it was easy to open. I'd read the instructions ahead of playing as we got behind. Lots of fun and our favourite Magic mixies toy yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We would absolutely 100 percent recommend this toy! We loved following the magic steps and making real magic happen from thisfeature packed magical misting Genie Lamp. Our favourite part was rubbing the Lamp and seeing REAL mist appear from it's spout! It has over 60 different lights, sounds and reactions! First we had to awaken the Genie and create a magic ring that's hidden within. The ring gives you special powers to interact with your Genie, give them a name and tell your Mixie's gem your wish! The gem on the Mixie's head changes colour depending on whether the wish is granted or denied!  My boys kept asking when will it come true?! The bonus is you can reset the Lamp to keep the Magic happening over& over!

She's not put the lamp down since as you can hide your own toys inside and re hide things, she's so excited to balance the mixie on the ring and has named hers Pearl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My six year old was absolutely mesmerised by this Genie lamp. When the smoke appeared she was so excited! The Genie Mixie is a brilliant interactive toy. She loves talking to hers and listening to it reply.

Gave it average rating. It's a gift. The recipient won't receive it until this weekend. I don't know about its quality or the recipient's overall satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros are - bright, large, lots of mystery, very cute creatures, lots of steps to engage the child, very magical from the sounds lights and smoke and the wish factor, naming the creature to create a further bond, the fact the steps can be redone again and again and smoke is refillable. Cons - there are a lot of steps and not very clear for children, it takes quiet a few times to go through the process to unlock the creature, the lid has been stuck from our last attempt so our little friend is now stuck inside the lamp and we don't want to break the lid as we won't be able to go through the reveal for my daughters friends. Overall a great idea but it breaks/malfunctions too easily.

Bought our first one…… wouldn't smoke. Bought a replacement…… dead out of the box. Replaced batteries….still nothing. Walmart did honor the return. Usually good stuff from them.
