I tried this skin conditioning shave powder for the first time last week. Best hair removal experience of my life! No burning, no rash, no itching, no redness, nothing! Just clean smooth underarms! Nair ate up my skin, this conditioned my skin. The smell was not that bad, very mild stinch. I bought another jar because I'm going to use it often. Love it!
I have very sensitive skin which is prone to razor burns and razor bumps but when I used this product, I experienced none of the above! The company must know by now about the wildfire this shaving powder spread on tiktok around a month ago with the ladies (and it was the reason I purchased the powder) and I wholeheartedly believe it lives up to the hype! Thank you for making such an amazing product when though it was intended for men.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the 4.5oz container. Smell flowery at first. From what I hear they're not too pricey at the store. It was hard to mix at first. Maybe use a fork to mix instead of a spoon. I exfoliated 1 leg before and the other after. The paste I used for the first leg was a little thicker so I spread a decent layer all over. While that sat for the required 5-7( if we're going to be honest- it was longer) I mixed the concoction for the other leg. It was thinner than the first batch but still spreadable. I noticed that the thicker batch removed more hair but that leg was also exfoliated prior to use. I personally recommend a thicker paced consistency. Also, with my previous experience in working in women's health, I wouldn't recommend using this on lady bits just based off of the feeling that I had on my legs. I honestly wouldn't recommend on manly bits either. To me it was time consuming but I'm also very meticulous. I will use this method when I want a me/self care day but if I need to shave on the fly, I will use a razor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and good results especially for men. I tried it for myself on my legs (just to see if it would work for me as well as it did on my bf's beard) and it did work but I almost burned myself. So please follow the directions as they are very true! This is intended for a specific audience and I love the product because of it! Will be buying more of this in my household for the men in my life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing in conjunction with shea moisture shampoo and conditioner. There are no flakes! Plus the products together give my hair volume and shine. If I had to guess I'd say I'm a 3c/4a low-porosity thick hair and all three products work amazing together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works surprisingly well! It doesnt smell the best but a quick wash in the shower takes it away quickly. One pro tip, use something hard and flat to take the hair off, like an old credit card. It works way better than just trying to use a washcloth like you would with nair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this product as a gift to my boyfriend, and he loves it! He hates shaving, so this powder was a welcome change! The instructions were clear and it was easy to use. The smell was a little strong, and there was a little hair left over after using, but overall, he loved it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my boyfriend tried this shave powder and loved it. he said it removed the hair easily. it smells great, works very well, and is not expensive. the hair stays gone about as long as with shaving. we will definitely buy this again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] honestly just not impressed. I don't even know what to say in this review. the smell was UGH. I didn't even really get to enjoy the product or try it because the smell. I do however keep an open mind and am willing to try this brand again in the future
Don't understand why I can follow the directions for Platinum/aloe & vitamin E (UPC 072790000126) & I get inconsistent results after following the instructions. 1:1 powder:cool H2O mix (2 heaping teaspoons or more of each), 5-7 minutes moistened on normal skin either burns+weakens hair enough to wipe most of it away, or doesn't burn+very few hairs wipe away, or burns+very few hairs wipe away. By burns I mean mild pain & redness, not blisters or worse. I've mixed the powder with either unfiltered city tap water straight from the tap or reverse osmosis filtered water (Culligan's AC-30 4-part filtration) at separate times. I want to read the patent for this, because it's like I'm not using it in the exact conditions the inventor found actually worked every time. Can you please email it to me? No phone calls, only text communications, please. P.S. Bought these in bulk, currently on the lot # HKR4OW
