Swanson is Dh Bomb!

Love this stuff
I was using a very expensive mag powder that did nothing for me. Tried this because I generally have good luck with NOW products and was delighted to find that it works great for helping me relax and sleep for half the price. -- Only complaint is that the tablets are big, but really not a problem.

talk about sleep
This helps my skeletal muscle function. talk about asleep in five min. Ofcourse I use calcium citrate with vitamin d, with it...also boran to give a boost to all three. This product is the best for my well being, I can tell the difference IF I happen to miss it for one evening.

Very large pill feels like it could get stuck in your throat. Would much rather see it in a capsule form.

WAAAY TOO BIG!! tried to cut in three pieces but then the edges are jagged..ugh
