talk about sleep
This helps my skeletal muscle function. talk about asleep in five min. Ofcourse I use calcium citrate with vitamin d, with it...also boran to give a boost to all three. This product is the best for my well being, I can tell the difference IF I happen to miss it for one evening.

Hopefully, it is helping my bones. I take it at night before I go to bed. I read somewhere magnesium should be taken away from calcium. I also buy from Swanson NOW Calcium Citrate powder. I take the calcium powder during the day mixed in plain yogurt. I believe the powder gets absorbed quicker and therefore works faster on my bones. I will not know if either is working for me and helping my bones until I have a bone density test.

Swanson is Dh Bomb!

Very large pill feels like it could get stuck in your throat. Would much rather see it in a capsule form.

WAAAY TOO BIG!! tried to cut in three pieces but then the edges are jagged..ugh
