A medical specialist suggested magnesium to help with nerve pain, muscle spasms and restless legs that became more frequent after a spine injury. I didn't know which type of magnesium was best but this product included many and they all seemed to be beneficial based on separate issues I've had. So far so good! I feel it's helped quickly and efficiently within a few days of use.
This product is awesome. I take two at night and within 15 minutes. I'm ready to go to sleep. I'm able to wake up go to the restroom and go back to sleep quickly. I always had insomnia, but now had some taken magnesium. I have no trouble I will definitely buy this again.
I like that this product includes three versions of magnesium: glycinate, citrate, and oxide. It is maximum strength at 500 mg per serving and one serving is 2 capsules. Other magnesium I have seen require more pills per serving making one bottle last less than a month. I am happy with this one and will buy it again.
Just after a few weeks it has helped my restlessness at night. Really like having a combination of the magnesium in one pill.
I have used many variations of this type otc magnesium before and I especially like this particular product as it is so easy to swallow. There's also such good health benefits.
Great product esp for woman that are in perimenopause n menopause. Feel like it's been helping me sleep too.

Just started it I am on a gpl1 and also a diabetic
It took about 3 weeks before i stopped bupring weird flavors and having off bowel movements. i did notice an increase in energy after that period as well, but felt VERY tired/groggy during the adjustment period. not my favorite, will not be getting again.
Item was never shipped or delivered; Has to cancel order after 2.5 weeks and re-order.
