I take MANY vitamins in my quest for good health. This form -as there are several forms - of magnesium works well for my leg cramps. It is an easy to swallow tablet. Tablet is not super large but definitely larger than say a tylenol or ibuprophen tablet. I would say the tablet size is equivalent to about five pain reliever pills if you stacked them in length and denseness. The good news is that the tablet can be easily broken into two halves. It has not caused me any digestive issues because I take it with food but never with calcium to get the best absorption. I am pleased with the brand and vitamin.

these are a great addition to helping you sleep better. The only problem is to get enough you have to take four of them and they are pretty big pills. but they do work.

Magnesium Glycinate supposedly helps prevent nocturnal leg and foot cramps. The bottle says to take four of these huge tablets per day. So far I have only been taking two per day and have not noticed any improvement. I am skeptical about taking four because I have had kidney issues in the recent past and don't know what affect they might have. They are somewhat difficult to swallow because of their size. I'll try taking four after I talk to my nephrologist.

My only complaint is that these pills are really big. I can't take them both at the same time, or with any other pills, which increases the amount of water I'm ingesting and guarantees nighttime bathroom disruptions. Other than that, they don't hurt my stomach (empty) and appear to help me sleep better, which is mainly why I'm taking them.

My fault for not reading more throughly. These are giant hard tablets that I doubt will properly absorb. To get the listed dose you must take 4 of these giant tablets. This bottle is only a 15 day supply. Stick to another option like capsules or powder to absorb easier. I woke up to leg cramps. Wish I didn't buy this.

These are not 500mg tablets! The description is misleading. They are 250mg tablets and they count a "serving" as two tablets but don't state that anywhere.

Either I ordered wrong item or they sent the wrong item. I will return it. I did not open it. thanks.
