Who knows if it's really what it says it is; just have to trust the manufacturer. This is a very useful form to take the supplements because the taste is soft enough that it's lost when added to a protein smoothie. Saves the hassle of having to take capsules. Convenient.
Love, love, love this liquid supplement. Flavor delightful. Easy to incorporate any time of day—I need to consider more liquid options from now on! Still bit worried if too good to be true…but if everything on the label really is present %26 absorbable, then this is a fantastic concoction
I love the fact they are so easy to take. Delicious taste. My doctor told me to take 1200 to 1500 mg per day. I was having a hard time swallowing 3 huge pills. These drops are a life saver!!!

It didn't really work for me. I used it every day for a month. Followed the directions completely. But I still had leg cramps at night. The taste was good we're fine rather I'd mix it with my emergency-c, but like I said, I saw cramps at night I changed to a different brand and the new brand actually worked for me.
