I'm under the impression that magnesium glycinate packs more punch than the citrate or oxide versions so I'm only getting these now %26 i take it at every night.
Vitamins came in on time.
Excellent product. Helps with my sleep and anxiety. Definitely recommend
Pills are huge %26 think 500 mg dose too high with as much magnesium I get in what I eat so I cut the pills in half %26 take 312 mg a day

magnesium is so good for you. I thought it would definitely stop my leg cramps and help me sleep. this magnesium is different and not as strong as I thought it would be. I need to look into a different type of magnesium to help me with my problems. this magnesium was okay for what it did.
I ordered 120 tablets of this magnesium upon receiving my order. I only had 60 tablets. I contacted the seller to let them know and even sent a photo and sent the name of the person who had evidently packaged my product. That has been approximately a week and a half ago and I've not heard anything back not been reimbursed. I have not received the other 60 tablets owed to me. I would not recommend the seller to anyone as nothing has ever been settled on my case.
Product information conflicts with what is on the label. 4 tablets is dosage for daily use as stated on label, as opposed to 3 tablets on listing. So there are fewer daily servings than stated on ad. Also, these tablets are huge. I cannot imagine having to take 4 of these, I could not manage 1. Also, take a look at the other ingredients on the label. I will be switching to another brand.
