One mg. of melatonin is enough --- anything more, and my sleep is disrupted. If you have found larger doses to be ineffective, you may be taking too much.

Works great. I'm an older adult that doesn't like to take prescription meds. I get stressed fairly easily and I take one to help calm me down. Sometimes I am wide awake after only a few hours of sleep and I will take one to try to get a few more hours of sleep instead of tossing and turning trying to go back to sleep. They are a small size making them easy to swallow. Definitely recommend these!

Arrived quickly - it's for two (approx 6lb each) chihuahua mix dogs(12 %26 13 years old) who are terrified of loud noises,especially thunder, firecrackers, and rain on the metal roof . Seems to be working - I add one to their food or to a treat and they calm down a little.
