I have truly been so happy with these and that there is no melatonin in them. The herbs in them all work well and help me to sleep.

may be getting to sleep a little faster
After a few days trying it out I may be getting to sleep a little faster but still don't sleep long enough. My sleep problems are decades old.

Great Sleep
Sleep Blend Sp-17, is helping me fall asleep, stay asleep, and sleep deeply. I have been having issues with going to sleep, shutting my brain down. This supplement helps me does this for me!!

Helps me to sleep soundly
I use this product to ensure a night of sound sleep. Additionally, I use Natrol's Sleep'n Restore which I also purchase at Swanson Vitamins. These two products combined usually help me sleep very well and I am thankful that these products are affordable at Swanson Vitamins.

Solaray Sleep Blend SP-17
Very good, helps me sleep, knocks me out for only about 4.5 hours. So if I take it at 10pm I will only sleep until 2:30 or 3:00 and then I will be awake again for a while and return to sleep until my alarm goes off at 5:30...It does clearly give me 4 to 5 hours of sleep nightly... I would recommend it to anyone who can not or has trouble falling asleep.

Rarely effective
I have taken this sleep product both as a daily regimen and on-and-off for a few months and found that it rarely worked either way. It is primarily valerian root, and it says so on the label. It has a warning NOT to exceed the recommended dosage of just one pill.

Didn't work for me
I fall asleep quickly on my own, but I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. This product did NOTHING to improve that aspect of my sleep. Smells horrible too, but if it worked, I wouldn't care about that.
