Before buying this product, I was using 10:1 Magnesium, however, something told me to check with AI, I put in the 10:1, and other over the counter medications I was using on the road to Hormone Balance, Metabolism and Energy, and Hair Growth. Immediately I was told that 10:1 is not the best because, well, my reasons that I cannot say here. But what I can say is that AI helped me to create a balanced diet with the combination herb medications, anf highly recommended the Magnesium Glycinate Complex you see here on the picture. I am very happy with the results because my energy level has gone up 300% even as I workout heavy with weight lifting. My suggestion is: Start using AI to help you set up something that works for you, and mention that you want to include Magnesium Glycinate Complex. You will be surprised of what you will get. One of the better options I've tried, cleaner and clearer ingredients and decent results. Not something I'd recommend taking forever though, just for a few weeks if you need some mood encouragement

i take 3 before bed and every since I have, I sleep more deep and longer than I use to. I'm definitely continuing to buy and I definitely recommend these to anyone who is having issues with sleeping.

Out of all the magnesiums the Glycinate is the one that's the best but this brand is not it.I purchased it because of the price and quanity and it came back snd bit me in the pockets.I want purchase again.
