Mainstays 12.75" Rope Mini Lamp, Brown, 5.75 x 6.5 x 6.5" Lamp Shade

This is a cute lamp - just the right size for what I had planned. I actually add on added a rechargeable light bulb so I could use it on my kitchen counter. It gives a warm ambient light which was what I was looking for!

Cutest little lamp!! I have it in the kitchen for a little extra light. The size is perfect - smaller like I wanted. I ordered two while they were so cheap / other one will go in bedroom!

Very nice lamp. Nicely made and perfect accent lamp. This is my second purchase of one of these because I liked it so much. Shade is ok but not the greatest. Overall a nice addition to your decor. Definitely recommend.

I am a Walmart subscriber, this tiny lamp was on sale for $9.95. But with delivery it cost me $19.95! The driver delivered it to my porch - not in a Walmart bag - just the tiny lamp sitting on my front porch. The lamp is so tiny that I was afraid to use a 60 watt bulb - thus I'm using a 40 watt. Works out for a tiny desk lamp.

i would recommend this product for just a side table lamp or vanity. it’s very light weight so it’s easy to knock over. best to have in a place where you won’t be likely to bump it. but for $12, it’s not bad and it actually doesn’t brighten up an entire room. it makes my room brighter than my actual ceiling light does

Cute shade and perfect for my purpose, but it is very, very light and tips over easily. I will be gluing some coasters or wooden blocks to the bottom.

Throwing shade on the shade! The shade on this lamp is totally distorted and looks like it missed something somewhere along the process. The whole side sticks out. It’s awful, there’s no way to hide it!

This little lamp appears to be well made and is pictured. My problem with it is the top of the shade is basically the same height as the top of the light bulb. Even with a soft 40 watt bulb it is glaring! The only place it would work well is on top of something tall or at your eye level. I bought 2 and regret the purchase. Thankfully they were inexpensive…

The base is so lightweight that it tips over readily once a lightbulb is added. Furthermore, the shade is not tall enough so the lightbulb peeps out about 1 cm over the top of the shade. Lastly, the switch is like midway up the shade, so you can't even reach it without picking the lamp up and reaching your hand in there to turn it on. I have no clue how this one passed product development and went on to be available for sale. Also, mine arrived completely crushed. The shipping box was fine, which means that someone packed the product in a demolished state and sent it off to me like nothing was wrong. Even if it had arrived in perfect condition, though, it still would have been unusable for the above reasons and thus returned.

The lampshade and the base are very cute. Very space efficient. The problem with the shade is that there is no adhesive or way for it to adhere to the lamp/base. Therefore, even the smallest nudge topples the shade. Great value in price category. Cute design for nightstand. Poor overall design for frequent use and longevity. Have to put a disclaimer on it to remind myself of its vulnerability.
