They look great to me, and they are blackout curtains but the only thing I would say I don't like is the light being able to come out from the sides! It's a non issue since it's curtains but just keep that in mind. If your looking for some simple curtains I'd say get these they get the job done overall.

We live in the country in the middle of a farming community, which means we have dogs and also a cat. Because of this, there is always continued upkeep and cleaning in our house. These curtains withstand our indoor animals. There are many things I like about these curtains: * They don't attract cat hair and if they do, it's very little and the hair doesn't get stuck in the material. * The curtains come in different colors, which is great when you are changing your interior decor. * The blackout on the back of the curtains blends with the interior from the exterior windows, so it doesn't stand out. * The curtains can be washed and hung back up - and I use nice smelling Downy scents in the washer and it makes the house smell so good. * I also have repurchased the same color curtains over a year later and the material and color still matched up. * The material doesn't snag as easily as some others may snag. I have a cat, she scratched at the curtains and I can not tell. *Excellent if you have children because these curtains can withstand being tugged on and not stretching out or easily torn. *The curtains are not light weight, so for example, if your windows are open, they are going to stay in place better than light weight curtains. * This review is completed after more than two years of owning these curtains. * The material and design of the curtains is timeless - meaning these will match with most interior styles. * I've pinned curtains together with safety pins on the back (nobody can see it)- it keeps the curtains together like I want them. If you sew, you could also sew them together if you want and make a larger curtain. Or you can keep them as they are, either way, it looks great. * The price point is truly a great value because you get very good quality and longevity for the price. I was in a bind and ordered these as they were the only ones in the color I needed available for delivery. The color is great and a creamy off white. As soon as I opened the package I felt the quality or lack thereof. I read so many good reviews that I had high hopes as I usually like Mainstays brand. These are almost like a "plasticy" feel. They have a "crunch" sound when you are opening them up to wash. When first opening the deep wrinkles are overwhelming and dreaded to iron out. They are machine washable and I put them on wrinkle control in the dryer so that was a plus. They wash and dry okay and a light ironing is recommended which I will not do as they are only hanging up until I can replace with better quality. The blackout is pretty decent and no complaints about that. The back of the curtain is a light gray color instead of the black and I liked that. The pros are they do work as described, the color is excellent, washing is easy. Cons are the stiffness even after washing. They just feel so cheap but if that doesn't bother you then you will really like these. I was going to rate these a one star but honestly, the main issue I have is the material quality. $18.00 for two panels is a good price especially if you have a lot of windows to cover.

These are not ivory colored they're more a greyish white. The picture shows these curtains next to ones I bought last year that were actually ivory colored. Though the quality of the material and workmanship seems decent, I'll be returning due to wrong color.

were too narrow for my window went in hospital for 35 days tried to return day after I came home ,said I missed window of return, even though I showed them the papers where I was in hospital, wasn't asking for money back,told a Walmart credit was ok,still would not work with me.

I bought 2 sets of these in ivory. They are definitely not ivory. They look like a dirty white with a tinge of gray. There is no warmth in them whatsoever. Ivory has a bit of warmth. I also do not like this material. Im considering returning these.

I never received the product. It was not put in my car. The next day I called the store and left a message for management. I live on the other side of town and I have Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It is really hard for me to get a ride to your store but I still shop there all of the time. I really need these blackout curtains I got as summer is quickly approaching and my health cannot stand the heat. Please have someone contact me and send me out the 3 pairs of curtains I paid for.

I ordered delivery of white panels to match panels I had bought a few days earlier and this was not even close. I had to visit the store to return these. The store did not have any of what I ordered and I had to order the correct panels for shipment.

The 2-pack Mainstays Olan Ivory Blackout Grommet Curtain panels was of good quality for the price. However, I returned the curtains because the ivory color was closer to an off-white color.
