Mainstays 16 x 20 Picture Frame, Gold Thin Flat Profile Poster Frame

Bought these to finally put my Marylin Monroe posters I’ve had rolled up and finally decided to buy frames when in the past they were very cheap and broke easy when I had some prior and never bought new ones until these frames. They look so nice in the them!

I really wanted to get picture frames. I have twin toddlers and I was worried that if they knocked a picture frames off the wall with a throne toy or something of that nature, a picture frame could fall on them. I chose to get poster frames so that if they fall they will not break or hurt the toddlers. This solution works out perfect for us.

easy to put your poster in and hang up, very light weight, works well. Seems easily breakable though. I purchased mine in a pick-up order in the app. I knew I should have checked it before letting the guy put it in my car and leaving, but I didn't. Got home and saw it was so busted up: big indent in the back cardboard which cracked the front and 1 corner was all shattered. Exchanged in-store the next day, but it took a bit to find 1 on the shelf that didn't have any damage.

There are several things that I love about these frames. - Price! For $14 and change no one else can touch it. - Continued Availability! Walmart sells them so I can always get another one that looks exactly the same. - Ease of Use! Sometimes it helps if you have another set of hands but they usually go together easily. - Lightweight! They can go on a wall using the Velcro hangers so it isn't an engineering job to get them up or to swap a different frame. I collect Movie Memorabilia, posters, lobby cards, press kits or programs from premieres. All of my frames are simple, thin and black, just like this one so everything is uniform and easy to match. The 27x40 fits movie posters perfectly as long as they are from the mid-80s or newer. Any one-sheet posters before then were 27x41 so making them fit can be a challenge and requires folding the top and/or bottom over the cardboard behind the poster. A 27x41 frame can be purchased but I don't understand why they have to cost 5x what this one does. So I stick with the method I described unless it is a poster that I really like or one that I wouldn't want to damage like a Star Wars poster or my Jaws poster. As I said before, inexpensive, lightweight and easy to use so I have dozens of posters and lobby cards in frames that can be swapped out anytime I want to change them in a matter of minutes. I know that not everyone plans on having dozens of posters in frames but these are still great and easy to use even if you only need one.

This is better than the other set of 3 fm another company. These have a hard backing that keeps the from bending over like the other ones. I have been using their 24” x 36” ones for large posters and also love them for wall mount, on tripod or leaned against something for presentations. People complain about slide on frame pieces easily coming off. I use good black tape on back side to easily solve that problem.

These are decent frames. The value is definitely on the higher side. Sure the material quality is a bit on the low side. But you’re getting a huge frame for $10. I needed 7 frames this size and I bought these ones. They work great for what I needed. Just don’t order online, I tried and they came cracked. This is definitely one of those items you want to pick up in store.

I liked this item immediately. I bought a collectable Scarface poster and I needed a poster frame. So I did a search on the internet and found that Walmart had one in stock at the store and it was available for pickup, so I tried the pickup service. My order was ready within a half hour and I went to the store and pick up location. The item was brought out to me within a couple minutes. I am satisfied with the Poster frame and the pickup service

Arrived broken but went ahead and hung because the poster, for the most part, hid the broken area. Does not sit flush against the wall, it bows out. Would not purchase again, would not recommend. Will be replacing with a much higher quality frame very soon.

Technically it worked for my needs but it is the worst frame I've ever used! But it was cheapish and I guess you get what you pay for! Though I'd say made cheaper than the price! 1. Flimsy! The 4 pieces holding the whole thing together just slide and pop off without any effort if I wasn't setting the poster on a shelf and was trying to hang it I would have just sent it back! i don't see how it doesn't just fall apart hanging on a wall! 1. Warped! Again wouldn't have worked for hanging due to having a noticeable curve! 1. Scratched! The plastic "glass" came prescratched! All they have on this is a thin plastic holding the whole thing together once you take that off there's nothing directly protecting the plastic "glass"! All other frames I've owned have a peel off film on the "glass" to protect it before I use it!
