Mainstays 17" x 36" Cushioned Foam Bathtub Mat with Suction Cups, Taupe

This mat is so much nicer to stand on than the traditional rubber mats. It's super cushioned and the grip on it is strong enough that I'm not worried in the shower. The size of it is perfect for my standard tub, and it hasn't had any slip issues. Feels nice on the feet although the floor is a bit squishy when it's wet. I'm glad I bought it and I haven't had any issues with mildew or mold, but if I did I'd buy another one probably.

Fallen backwards out of the shower cause you slipped on your hair conditioner covered tub floor? I did and it wasn't pretty. Get this affordable bathtub mat, walk on it first on the tub floor so it's secure and no more yelling "I've fallen and I need a towel."

It didn't get moldy at all after 1 year of use. Just hang it up after using and it's dry pretty fast. The only thing is that it gets crusty overtime and the surface starts to crack, especially if u wash and dry it in the dryer even on low. However it's worth buying. I tried different mats and it's the only one doesn't get moldy after 1 year.

This uses suction cups to adhere to tub/shower. Would suggest making sure the cups are all stuck before using in shower. Overall, after first use of trial and error, with some lifting around the edges, it has been a good product. Soft on bare feet and appears to be easy to clean.

This tub mat works well. Doesn't slip in the tub, keeps us from slipping and dries fast. Feels fine on my feet with neuropathy. The last mat lasted 5 years and am only replacing it because of discoloration. I'm going to try machine wash in and see if it looks better.

The foam mat is comfortable to step on, but the suction cups underneath do not uniformly adhere to the shower floor. I'm using these mats with a disability chair, post foot surgery, so it's not the best non-slip. The mats are pretty but they need better suction cups to keep the mat in place.

Well, I didn't MEASURE the bottom my tub, because it is a very large tub and figured it would work. Note to self...measure next time. The mat isn't bad, but it is too big for my tub, so I pulled it up the side for my back and I guess it'll be all right. I've only used it a couple times, and it seems to stick pretty well. It's okay but I wish it fitted the bottom better.

I'm sure it's not bad, but it's a pain to upkeep. It does feel good on your feet, goes in securely and stays put on the tub floor. However, I was not aware that you have to take it out of the shower shake it and put it up to dry every time you use it. The go through the process of putting it back in each time which with all the suction cups is easier said than done. I do like Mainstays as far as the store brand, however, but as far as this item I have to give it a low rating. Please know however, it might be due to my own ignorance on the fact that it would have to be removed every time as per the directions. I didn't know that going in- if you can do that, it's not bad at all, but for me, a solid no. That's just my 2 cents.

This bath mat retains water and very quickly discolored regardless of daily cleaning. Even when hung out to dry the mat retains moisture like a sponge and is not sanitary. The discoloration happened within 60 days of use, is permanent, and dark brown in color.

I wanted to love this because it's so soft and cushy for my 1 year old to take a bath unfortunately it molded/mildewed within the first few weeks of owning it and there is no way to get the mold out of all the little crevices so unfortunately I have to throw this away.
