Picture Frame was perfect for my money prints. I didn't want class because of where I hung them. However be very careful with plastic cover. they tear. I received one that must have been damaged in manufacturing. ( Not holding that against company because you can't really see it once frame was attached.).
I bought this frame with absolutely noble intentions. It is a beautiful 18x24 gold frame. Clean lines, bright finish, just the right amount of “gallery opening” energy. It looks far more expensive than it actually is, and once it is on the wall, it instantly elevates whatever you put inside it. Which is exactly why I chose it to frame a dramatic, over the top, professionally edited art print of my own face for a Dirty Santa exchange. Let me tell you, presentation is everything. The gold trim gave it that museum quality seriousness. Like it belonged in a historic estate. Or at least above someone's fireplace. The frame did its job flawlessly. It held the print securely, hung easily, and made the whole thing look absurdly official. The result? The wildest gift of the night. Laughter. Shock. Mild confusion. And now, thanks to the rules of the exchange, my sister has to hang a giant framed portrait of my face over her mantle. The frame is sturdy, well made, and clearly capable of supporting life altering holiday decisions. If you need a solid gold frame for tasteful artwork, family photos, or long running sibling pranks, this one delivers.
This frame does exactly what a good frame should do: it quietly makes whatever you put inside it look more important. The design is simple and clean, which is perfect because it doesn't compete with the picture. It just sits there doing its job like a very supportive background character. The white finish looks nice and bright on the wall, and the thin profile gives it a modern look without feeling flimsy. It's lightweight but still feels sturdy once it's up. Installation was easy and it holds the picture securely without any awkward shifting or sliding around. If you have a print, photo, or artwork that deserves to graduate from “leaning against the wall” to “properly displayed like a responsible adult,” this frame gets the job done nicely.
Price was good, but the frame is pretty flimsy and requires delicate handling. Ordered 4 and all had slightly warped shape due to packaging and shipping. I kept 1 only to test for placement in our home and would highly recommend spending a bit more to get a more sturdy frame that can last for a bit if that is what you're looking for.
The frame itself is nice.. Perfectly sized for my print. But for some reason the acrylic glass never makes it to the customers in tact. I purchase the gold frames and the last corner protector I removed, showed the corner cracked. I returned the item and went to the store to purchase. The one gold frame in the size I needed, in the store was cracked also. I purchased a black framed and called it a day. I will try to change to a gold metal look in the future.
I want to like the frame because it nicely fits my poster but the delivery and customer support was terrible. The first frame arrived with absolutely no protection - just a plastic bag over it. The glass was broken and the frame was broken. I called customer service to get it replaced and got AI assistant. It repeated my request 100% accurately (I wanted a replacement not a refund); I drove 30 minutes to a designated FED EX store and as soon as I dropped it off, I got an email saying I'd be getting a refund. I didn't want to have to pay shipping, so I called customer service - no help - i would haver to reorder and pay shipping which was almost as much as the frame %26 then call back again for a refund of the shipping charge -- too much work for WALMART's issues with careless shipping and AI error. Reordered frame arrived, again no protection and now a dent in the frame but glass was okay. Not happy with a damaged product but I kept it.
Description says "holds one 16x20 inch photo or artwork, and includes a mat for presentation." But the opening/glass is only ~15.4" x 19.4", so a 16z20 photo/poster is cut off around the edges--the entire print will not be visible. I didn't even open it after measuring everything, and I didn't see a mat, but it may have been behind the display "print." While still packaged, it seemed reasonable quality for the price, and would have been find if it would actually hold/display a 16x20 print.
I was excited to see such a great price on a large frame like this. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and didn't have high expectations. I just thought the basic white border would do a good job of highlighting large poster-style artwork. But the quality is truly horrible and I can't recommend this frame to anyone. Almost immediately after getting it, I had the frame leaned against a wall and it fell a couple feet to the ground. The plexiglass/acrylic didn't even make contact with the ground, but that light force was enough to cause a solid quarter of the plexiglass/acrylic to shatter completely. Usually, this stuff is supposed to be more shatter-resistant than real glass, so I was frustrated and mystified.
Piece of garbage. Clear plastic shattered immediately. Back is just cardboard. The little metal prongs to bend to hold it together are miserable to open and close. Returning immediately.
Item arrived chipped on the corner, small break on the acrylic, when removing the cardboard corners it ripped the backing. small hook on the back sits too deep into backing, difficult to hang
