Mainstays 24" x36" Black Beveled Poster and Picture Frame

This was a good quality frame for the price. The corners were exact when I checked to see how they were made and held together. The measurements of the opening were true and accurate at 24 x 30 exactly. I purchased this frame for a completed White Mountain 1,000-piece 24 x 30 puzzle. I was concerned that trying to frame a 1/8 inch puzzle into a poster frame might be too thick for it, but it had enough depth to accommodate the puzzle. The puzzle fit in the frame exactly. I did not have to trim off or modify the puzzle in any way to make it fit. I also did not glue my puzzle down to any cardboard backing. I simply flipped it over (carefully, with my husband's help with the puzzle sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard) and we slid it face-down into the frame and then attached the backing that comes with the frame in place. The pressure of the metal backing frame tabs and the snug fit is all that was required to hold the puzzle securely in place. I hung the framed puzzle on the wall in our family room as shown in the picture (sorry about the flash reflection) and it looks great! I am pleased with my purchase, since frames I found online that were advertised for puzzles were several times more the price of this one. I will get this same style of frame again for my next puzzle.

One of the frames as damaged on delivery. The packaging was less than good. The box was delivered open. The frames themselves are an inexpensive and aren’t bad quality for the money. The problem was the delivery. I don’t want to return the whole package because one frame is damaged. Can I just get one replacement without returning the whole package.

I ordered this frame as a gift for my friend for a poster. She loved the frame and fell in love with the stock picture. She decided to leave that poster in the frame and asked for the link to order another for her sibling who also loved the image in the frame.

for the price, it's a good frame. was so nice to frame a poster and not spend too much. looks good too, not fabulous, but for what you get, i liked the look. i put it in my son's room and it's better than just taping the poster to the wall, since it's a vintage poster i wanted to last.

Out of all the websites that carry this specific frame size, Walmart has the most affordable and best frames ever! Though one frame did arrive with a little crack along the edge, a little clear tape to hold the crack never hurt anybody. The posters that i have hanged on my wall look beautiful with the nice, black frame. I am very satisfied with my purchase

The 3 frames are what I expected, perfect for framing paint by numbers. Except on one the glass was cracked so I will be returning it when Covid 19 has passed. Two of the frames were packed well in padding and the third was just sitting on top with no padding. No surprise that the glass was broken.

The frame looked as we expected. We put our picture in it and went to hang it and the hook on the back broke off. We had to glue a replacement hook to the back. Disappointed that we couldn't even get it hung up without an issue.

Came broken, unable to process return. Frustrating experience. Not a ton of money so it is what it is, just not what I expected to happen in the event of a damaged delivery.

I ordered 3 of these frames online after I found I could no longer get the Mainstays 24" X 36" Walnut slant-frame with groove frames that I had been purchasing. What a huge disappointment! Two of the three frames had broken corners and broken acrylic panes when they arrived. They are cheaply made and flimsy. I had always been very satisfied with the other Mainstay frames I had purchased from the store.

I needed a poster frame for a DIY Push Pin Map project I was working on and this was one of the most affordable I found online. Although it shipped fast, the first two times UPS tried to dropped it off I couldn't schedule to be home. I finally paid additional money to schedule a time that worked for me, so you can imagine my disappointment when the frame arrive broken in three pieces. I thought about sending it back, but 1. it's a big poster and not fun to carry to a post office or UPS office, and 2. I didn't want to pay additional money to go through that previous scheduling hassle. I bought some crazy glue and made it work but the wood is still warped and it has nothing to do with the brokeness/glue. It doesn't lay flat against the wall as the pair of corners diagonal from one stick forward. It's sad because if this product had come whole and un-warped, it would have been perfect: it's a nice color and looks classy for the price. But as is I'm highly dissatisfied.
