Don't waste your time!
This rug should NOT pass quality control inspection if that exists. The pile is horrible, maybe half the weave it should have. You can feel the plastic on the bottom. Don't waste your time! Horrible! Shiny like glitter.

on-line return issue
the review is regarding the curbside return process which was easy, but never received the refund so beware of this disappointing service. I've called, gone back to the store with no accountability; still no refund with a reply of it's another area. Don't offer a service if you can't follow through

This product is very cheaply made. When you walk on it, you can feel the stitching. Very hard.
