I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW SHOWER HEAD!! I really needed a removable shower head because when I bathe my girls I always get super wet and my back hurts so so bad! And this really helped take care of this problem! I love all the settings it has too! I also have dogs that I bathe and it was taking me FOREVER to bathe them when I had to use the cup to pour on them. And it would hurt my lower half of body so bad! And so now I get them bathed much quicker with less pain! It reaches low enough to bathe animals. So it's great! I recommend!

I purchased this Mainstays hand held shower head from Walmart. The instructions on putting this shower head together was simple. I love the size of the shower head. The water pressure comes out good and strong. There's five settings on it pause, power spray, full spray, massage, and full spray and power spray. I love each of the settings on there. I would recommend this shower head.

Shower head was easy to install the different settings all feel good to my skin as well as the water pressure the massage setting relaxes my muscles with in minutes around my back area I was impressed with the cord it has a long cord with a wide head it reaches top of head to bottom of my feet as well as my husbands and he is 6,3 tall he never wanted to use a wand until I installed this one by surprise, he used it and he surprised me saying he liked it also the price is very under priced for the quality of this shower head is

Would appreciate a bit of a better pressure on regular setting but its gentleness ended up a pro for my disabled son. all in all, well worth it. would recommend. it's so much better than having a dual shower head and gives my extra tall self extra room in the shower. gives convenience with being able to take down the head to spray wherever and clean the shower also.

So it was easy to install, easy to use, had a good amount of different choices for the stream, but, after less than a year (8 months) it suddenly broke while i was rinsing the tub with it with the hottest water my shower would do. This i guess caused it to break the cord and it sprayed hot water all over me. Thankfully it didnt leave any burns but that was a super not fun experience. So be warned, do not use super hot water with it!

The Mainstays 5‑Setting Hand Held “Chrome” Shower Head is poorly built. While the photo shows what looks like a steel hose, the exterior plastic housing actually contains a plastic tube coated with spiral metal plating that merely imitates a flexible metal hose. As many users have reported, repeated cycles of hot water and pressure cause the metal layer to delaminate from the inner pipe. The peeling coating then balloons outward, making it hard to remove the shower head from its mounting while in use. I expected this to last at least a year, but after roughly four months the hose finally came loose and detached completely, spraying water everywhere. Avoid it like the plague!

The top image shows a steel hose. This is NOT the case. There is a plastic hose with what seems to be a spiral metal plating, inside another plastic hose. This is made to look like a flexible metal hose. After repeated cycles of hot water under pressure, the metal spiral delaminates from the inner hose and it balloons out, preventing you from removing the shower head from its cradle while in use. After about four months, the hose popped off the head.

This thing is all cheap plastic, easily breakable with minimal effort where the hose connects to the shower head. My wife is leaving me over this. I understand it's only $20. I guess my expectations were too high, Linda if your reading this please bring the kids back

All of the parts to connect it to the shower was missing. the only thing that came in the box was the shower head and hose. it was even missing the mount for it. I did get a refund which for someone who has no vehicle is very tedious to do and it takes them awhile to issue the refund. I now try to not buy anything through delivery that might need to be returned for some reason cause it's to big of an issue to get it.
