Mainstays 5-Spray Matte Black Handheld Shower Head, 1.8 GPM

I bought this because the shower head in my motorhome broke. Walmart delivered this to me within a couple hours and it installed so easily. I'm extremely happy

love this. reasonably priced, very easy to install even for this old lady. love the black. I'm sick of chrome %26 bronze %26 stainless steel is an outright joke.

So far it has been the best shower head I have purchased. I have been buying shower heads almost once a month and the material is beyond horrible breaking so quick. But this one seem to have fight. I love it so far.

This handheld shower head by Mainstays is really nice. The base is sturdy for a regular shower and the shower head is removable with the option to hold the sprayer. The instructions were easy to follow as I'm someone who doesn't like building or putting together things with multiple parts. It was quick to assemble and fits perfect in my bathroom and with my decor. It's a nice solid black color, different from the silver that I'm used to. The water spray functions are very nice also. It feels as if there is more water pressure than usual. Materials are sturdy and solid, the hose is a nice length and it looks like it will last a long time.

I tried two other handheld shower heads and returned them both. The third time was the charm. This Mainstays 5 settings handheld shower head in matte black is perfect. The head is wide. It has both gentle and high pressure spray settings. You can pause it to save water while you lather up and while you shave your legs. I liked that it was available in a matte black color and not just the shiny silver. The shiny ones aren't as easy to grip when your hand is a bit soapy. It was very easy for this 58 year old lady to install. No cons. I highly recommend this handheld shower head for anyone.

So far... we've had it about a month %26 it works as it should. I gave 4 stars because, I don't suggest using the thread tape that comes with it, use a good thread tape %26 you shouldn't have any leaks. Don't over tighten the entire thing is made of plastic!

I like the actual shower head. Good flow . My only drawback is that where you screw it onto the shower base thread is flimsy and does not seal all the way even with pipe tape. I had to actually wrap it with some waterproof electrical tape to prevent the leak

The entire thing is extremely cheaply made, and for this to not be the cheapest priced product is criminal. The hose is giving tape, it's very soft, and mine came with a hole in it. Pin sized, but noticeable leak when the water was turned on. The pressure I have no idea about because of the hole. This is marketed for your bathroom, but I literally wouldn't even use this for my dog's shower.

I tried installing it three separate times, once even switching ends with the hose, and every time, there was a leak from both sides that fountained water all over the place. The ferrules aren't even solidly attached, making it impossible to get a tight seal, no matter how well you screw it on. What a waste of money.

I ordered the shower head in the hospital postpartum with my daughter. I was hoping to come home to something that would help me shower while I recover. The install was easy, simple and to the point. A couple showers in, the head starts leaking at the handle joint, and it only got worse. I got two months out of this shower head, so it isn't something I would recommend to others.
