Works well. Pretty quite. Only odd thing is the blade assembly. You have to use screw and nut instead of screwing into the plate.

I have three of these ceiling fans. Perfect in my rooms, great value in my opinion, and easy install.

price was right, and fan is great! much nicer and better quality than i had figured. easy assembly and along with good looks. i think I'll purchase another one for the game room.

The fan was beautiful, economic, except having an electrician install was more expensive, since it required a lot of work to put all the pieces together. The electrician says most of the newer fans are very simple to put together, so I would suggest checking into that when purchasing.

Very good product. Wish the light shade wasn't as frosted to be able to have a brighter light. I even changed out bulbs which made it a little better

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought this item and paid an electrician to install it. It made a terrible buzzing sound. I had to buy another and the electrician came back out for an additional 100 dollars to install the new fan. The sound of this fan was even worse. Now we do not have a functional fan and are out 100 dollars!
