very nice and back needed
This came in very handy to install it next to the sink for easy, quick access for a towel when washing hands, or just using the faucet for a quicker dry.

Easy install, looks great
This towel ring was very easy to install and looks great in my bathroom. The matte black finish is clean and modern, and it matches well with other black fixtures. Everything needed for installation was included, and I even had a couple of extra pieces, which I appreciated. The instructions were straightforward, and the whole install took just a few minutes. perfect towel ring for small space, modern finish, purchased two which installed easily on either side of vanity tower, holds firmly. i love it!

Damaged box and missing parts
When I bought this mainstays towel ring, I also bought a black mainstays toilet paper holder to match. Both boxes were damaged and being held up by tape.. However, it was the mainstays towel ring that did not include all the parts to it. I would like the rest of the parts, please so I can install this. Thank you very much. I have circled the parts that were missing.
