Nice Frame, looks real good
I bought this to frame a painting we were given by an artist friend. We already had one with a grey frame and wanted another that looked similar. The frame was very easy to install the picture in, looks great and appears to be excellent quality for the price. Glad I bought it!

Solid wood frame
Beautiful hard wood frame. The frame is thick and well built. I ordered this for an 8x11 and it fit perfectly with room for the matted cards stock border. I would definitely recommend this product. They do sell the same frame in several sizes as well. Great value for your money.

Very nice modern frame
I love the reverse bezel that slants away from the picture rather that slanting towards it. Only down side I have with this is the backing plate could be better. I use this style for all my photos that I display.

I had purchased a similar picture frame from Walmart before. That one is no longer available, but I was happy these sort of went with the other ones that I had. They complement each other. Nice looking.

good frame
received frame slightly damaged, but was able to repair it. frame itself is nice. Note: it doesn't have a hanger on back. only 2 loops to use picture wire.

The rating seems all over the place, but this is my reasoning: The overall SATISFACTION was low because when I received the package the glass in the frame was broken on both items. The PRICE seemed Fair. The Quality was pretty good, nice Matt and Heavy

Poor Quality
1st came broken. Ordered a replacement, it was broken the same way as first. Got my money back for frame but not the shipping. Item is broken! Customer service told me it would be best to find one at the store to buy. For clarity, this frame was only available by delivery.

disappointed
One frame arrived with the glass broken and the other the frame was not put together. It was in 4 pieces. I previously ordered this item and it was 5 stars which is why I reordered. I am disappointed with this shipment.

Package not handled with care
The frame was delivered in the same box as a heavy cast iron pan which smashed the glass in the frame. Frame arrived smashed up. Need to return and receive another one intact at no cost please.
