Mainstays 9" White Lamp Shade with Spider Fitter

I bought two tall skinny lamps at a thrift shop that badly needed new shades. It took some searching and trying different sizes but these worked absolutely great! I really didn't want a pleated shade. Flat finish ones are so easy to clean with a lint roller. These were just the right height and width to make my lamps look new.

I am impressed by these lampshades, I bought 2 touch lamps that came with those cheap shades you put together. There was no way I was going to put them on my nice new lamps, . Happy that I found these Mainstays lamp shades at Walmart, they fit perfectly on my new lamps.

If you have tried shopping for replacement lamp shades then you know they can be ridiculously expensive. So expensive you might as well buy a new lamp. So in frustration I came to Walmart to buy about 5 of them. I found this one for a smaller lamp and I bought two sets of Mainstay lamp shades (they came in a set of two each) and was pleased at the price and quality of all five. They were also very white which is the modern look I was wanting. Perfect size, perfect color, perfect price. What is not to love?

This Mainstays 9" lampshade is good quality and attractive, exactly as advertised. I would definitely buy again.

It's a nice shape, pretty white color and texture, and looks just right on the lamp stand I have. I'm excited!

I use “daylight “ LED light light bulbs now because I no longer like soft white bulbs. But my old lamp shades still gave off a yellow glow. Then I found these shades. Perfect size, shape, and these give off a total “white “ glow. Love them!

I just received the lampshade, I had looked on other sites, too. Lampshades tend to be expensive overall. This lampshade was priced right for me and on receiving it, I feel that its quality is fine for what I needed.

Great lamp shade, but i has to return it because I accidentally bought the wrong kind. This has a little hole that fits on a screw and I need the kind with the bigger hole to fit under the bulb.

It's fine, it's worth the price I paid. Lampshades are not cheap! I planned to cover this with fabric so I don't really care what the texture or color is like, other than being white. On the downside, the lampshade was shipped with a couple of heavy items (condiment bottles) so now it's bent and there are some creases in the shade. I may still return it because I wouldn't use it as-is. Hoping to cover it with my fabric so it doesn't matter that much but know that Walmart doesn't care what they ship in your box. The thin paper they put around it is clearly not enough to protect it. It needs to be in its own box... so be warned!

online order. i got a text telling me i picked up the order. i did not. i called store rep Mckenna, she took my info said to come in for replacement. when i returned to store they sent me to floor mgr who said i picked it up. 45 min later she found the shade in the curbside area not picked up. horrible feeling being acused of lieing.
