These frames have the perfect weight. They feel durable, but not too heavy. Looks very clean from afar and added the perfect coziness to my space. The matted frames are the way to go.

I bought 4 of these frames in store at Walmart and set them up as a gallery wall, decent frames, look good on the wall. One fell due to poor hanging and the glass broke. So far not an issue with the frame, just my own error. I went into my previous orders and reordered a set of 2 of the SAME PRODUCT thinking I could replace the broken frame and use the 5th in another room. When they arrived they looked the same but once I opened the package and started installing my pictures, I realized the new frames are about 1 inch smaller in both dimensions than the original frames i bought in store only days earlier! The dimensions are listed the same in the product description and I ordered from the same page, but the exterior dimensions listed on the box are different (16x20 on the new frame and 17x21 on the first ones I bought). If this was a product update the change should be noted! So I now have to hunt down 2 of the original sizing or reorder 2 of the new. All because of Walmart's poor product management. The frames themselves are fine, clean look if a bit cheap but the prices matches so no problem there. But the sizing change on the same item is nonsense.

these frames are not 16 x 20 the outside dimension frame is 16 x 20 so a 16 x 20 mat or photo does not fit

I brought 16x 20 to put my pictures in from and frame doesn't fit picture. The cheaper poster ones work better I am stuck with other frames

There is one major issue with this frame. Please Read Before Buying. It is industry standard that a listed frame size is for the size of the print that you put in it. Not this Frame. 16 x 20 is the size of the actual frame. if you have a 16 x20 print to frame,do not buy this frame or you will have to cut down your print. it's really deceptive on the part of the manufacturer and of course they know it.

Walmart did not deliver my order as was clearly evidenced by the photo. The product was missing from the photo. And they refused to give me a refund! Stating that i had to wait 10 days for a review of a photo that anyone with one brain cell can take a second to look at and assess that the item was missing! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was disconnected twice on the third time the supervisor Max employee id 185216 was extremely rude and could not give a good explanation and then started to give varying explanations on why I had to wait so long for a refund for an item YOU did not deliver! This has been the worst customer service of my life and coming to think of it all my terrible customer service experiences have been with Walmart! There seems to be too many inefficient offshore teams and this is my last straw! I will be avoiding shopping at Walmart like the plague! Do better before you get sued!
