Mainstays Extra Firm Bed Pillow, Ideal for Side Sleepers, Standard Queen

Fabulous pillows. Very comfortable to sleep on; wash like a dream and fluff up beautifully time after time. Suggestion: buy the extra firm even if you figure you'd normally prefer a softer pillow, because the extra firm itself is still luxuriously soft.

I bought the pillows, pretty much to have something to fill the shams that came with the comforter I wanted. They seem like very nice pillows, and I did spend the first night that I got them sleeping on them, and I was quite impressed. I bought them based on price, and they are amazingly comfortable.

I wanted firm and these are firm; definitely getting better sleep; suggest getting a cover to retain form and avoid sweat and anything else that might require washing them which breaks up the form and firmness

I have been trying all kinds of pillows! This one isn't the cheapest or most expensive pillow that I have bought but it has given me some relief from the neck pain I was having.

We needed pillows for post surgery support & comfort. These worked great and the price was great. We bought 4 of them. They have really helped.

This pillow works fine for me, but L bought it for my husband who likes a VERY firm pillow. Apparently it was not firm enough for his taste. Mine now!

I got these pillow because I like to read in bed and my regular pillows would go flat and loose their shape. I love these they don't get hot they are nice and firm and they don't loose their fluff. great buy

The pillows are fine. The delivery on the other hand...are you serious?? As you can see in the picture attached, they weren't even delivered in a box! I did not order these from the grocery delivery! I ordered from Walmart.com. This picture is the actual snap shot that was emailed to me after delivery. These pillows sat outside all day! Not in a box. In the (open ended) plastic they come in from the store! One of the pillows, from the open end of the plastic, was sticking out and actually sitting on my dirty porch all day! Who would deliver pillows like this?? Not in a box?! Wow!

I cannot believe this pillow has 690 reviews with a score of 4.4 -- that's a pretty high score for anything!! (That's why I bought it). I am really disappointed, I seriously wanted it to work, I don't want to try pillow after pillow. When you lay your head on this pillow, it gets so hot, you have to flip it every few minutes to keep it cool which is very disruptive if you are trying to get a good night's sleep...I tried it for two sleepless nights waking up often. It was so hot it made me think I was running a fever!!

Not FIRM. Does no one actually make FIRM pillows anymore. 20 years ago I bought a wonderful one from Kmart's Martha Stewart line. It had a solid foam core similar to an "egg crate" pad. Loved it but my son snatched it lol. I bought two different brand samples today claiming to be the firmest and both were squishy limp poly fiber that go flat when you put your head on them. Wasted money.
