I like the uniqueness of this clock with the black/wood trim which looks like real wrought iron and wood but is actually lightweight plastic. Has a modern rustic vibe to it. This a very handsome clock. It came exactly as described. The tick is very faint so I don't find it at all annoying and I was a little worried about this. Definitely recommend.

Love the look of this clock . . . Bought one for boy's room and like it so much that I got another for a bedroom and another for the bathroom. The only downside is that it is Nit silent. Right now there are so many fans going that it's not a problem for the kids. If you are sensitive to the second hand sound, this may not be the clock for you.

If you are looking for an easy wall clock this will be perfect. It looks like it is metal but it is in fact plastic. If you don't mind the ticking of clocks, this will be fine for your area. Perfect for my office
