Mainstays NexGen Full Waterproof Anti-Allergen Zippered Mattress Protector

Putting on the queen size is interesting just became of size. Most of these zippered are cheap plastic, This is like thin rubber. I have ripped others just putting them on. This even fit the 18 inch mattress. I had to tuck some underneath when we put it on but size has to be flexible with so many different mattresses. I would need a cloth over top but I sweat on these. Keep your mattress new with this quiet, sealed cover!

So far, these have worked absolutely amazing. I have toddlers, so I had bought them to put over their mattresses. the only thing is is that they sound like a trash bag is over their bed, but other than that, it's definitely worked for keeping their mattress dry when they accidentally spill their water.

I love this mattress cover. My husband helped me put our mattress inside of it. We can easily move our mattress around without getting dirty. It also does a good job and keeping the mattress dry. It's a pretty strong cover does not easily tear or rip. The zipper is also pretty strong. I highly recommend. Mine has lasted me a couple of years now and it's still going strong.

I was worried my 10" inch mattress would be too thick but the protector fit snug. Definitely worth it for a cheap mattress protector, although, the first two nights sleeping on it, I noticed is made me feel slightly sweaty even though I had a sheet over it. Not sure if thats just me though.

I got a new mattress and wanted to protect it from allergens. It was larger than my mattress so easy to put on. It makes noise when you roll over. It took time to get used to that. If you or the person you are purchasing it for have sensory issues find something else.

It is recommended for an incredibly niche purpose i.e. a person or an animal keeps urinating on the bed. In that respect it protects the mattress completely. Can't vouch for long term durability but it serves the purpose. Does it feel like you are sleeping with a garbage bag under your sheets? Also yes. But it does a better job of urine deflection than the protector I bought that was twice the cost

The material is like a tarp, it's loud and noisy just to sit on your bed. And it is obviously not breathable at all or comfortable, considering the material. It zips up under the mattress so it provides 100% protection, but is not feasible to sleep on. I took it off in the middle of the night because of the heat it retained.

Another mattress ruined. Have a kid that wets and has proven this is not waterproof and will not protect your mattress. We have used two, layered, and replaced it when it started to look worn, still leaked through. don't waste your money on this product and their false advertising.

I have a pillow top queen mattress and this item was a tad too large for that. in addition, it doesn't feel like polyester it feels like plastic. I have 2 fitted sheets around the mattress cover and when you lay on it, it feels like plasma even though there are 2 fitted sheets covering the mattress cover and it makes sleeping hot and you can hear a plastic type sound when you lay down! Very uncomfortable because it retains heat.
