The only problem is the holes did not line up when I put the arched pole into the base, but I had a friend drill through the holes so I could put the last two bolts in the chair is so comfortable. I love that you can kind of swing in it and it feels very sturdy. Like someone else said it took longer to unpack it than it did to put it together.

This was one of the most well packaged pieces of furniture I've ever bought! It takes a bit to get everything unwrapped, but it was in great condition, no scratches, and only took about 15 minutes to assemble then. It's very sturdy, and looks great on my porch!

I bought this for Mother's Day and I have to say that I was impressed with the construction and design. Some thought went into this... I love the fact that the basket is collapsible so you can easily store it flat inside in the winter. The frame is very sturdy, all the tools are provided, there are clear directions and a low price. What more do you want!!!???

Seems to be a very well built product, outstanding job of packaging. The outer package was damaged in shipment, but the product was complete and undamaged! I didn't quite make the 30 minutes assembly time, but assembly was straight forward and everything was included. I sent a recommendation to my Sister in Law in Key West to order her one! Really a "10" rating!

I researched egg chair swings like crazy and actually purchased 3 different swings, but ended up w this one. Overall this swing was perfect bc of the quality of the cushion, overall appearance and most importantly the curved stand. Most swings have 4 legs which is bulky and awkward. The curved base is more aesthetically pleasing. I'm 5'6 and it works great but if you are any taller, the swing might feel a little cramped height wise. But I truly love this swing!

Received both eggchairs yesterday, assembled one today. No issues, clear instructions, though two legs are slightly unleveled, even after assembling on a flat surface. Speaking of the usage - I am 5'9", technically can fit in, but very uncomfortable (top back side of the egg forces my head to tilt down). My wife is 5'5" and said it's very comfortable for her. Looks like I'll be keeping the one I already assembled and returning the other one.

If you taller person like 5'6 and up the chair is not for you. Unfortunately I learned it hard way. After assembly I wanted to enjoy but there is no way I can't sit comfortably not bumping my head. Its really sad as I'm avarage height but apparently too tall for this brand. Also cushion has some weird hard spot in the middle which makes it even more uncomfortable to sit. Really upsetting as I was having high hopes and wanting this chair for a while.

Imagine finally deciding to order this egg chair only to receive a used one. The box was delivered opened. The tape had clearly been cut with something sharp and the wicker chair was wrapped in kitchen plastic wrap. This was a same day delivery. It boggles me that they didn't even try to hide the fact that this was a used and returned item. They didn't even bother taping the box back up. If you've ever returned an item to the Walmart near me, they open the boxes to ensure you are indeed returning the product. That's why I'm certain this is a used product. Not to mention, the box has two different styles of tape: the original thick tape that goes around the perimeter and the lazy two pieces on the end, one in the center that's common for returning items.

Size of product combined with the design is likely great if going to be used by a child and little petite person. Design is made to be very uncomfortable for an adult to sit in though without your head pushed forward and at an angle. Definitely not made for allowing a comfortable position to relax on your porch! We returned. Very disappointed.

I ordered this chair, it wasn't suitable for our needs. I tried to return it, the company said I would have to pay for return shipping. At 1st I was offered $10 to keep it, eventually after countless emails which were all pretty much identical to the 1st, they offered $35. I tried numerous times to get the company to use the $35 to send me a return shipping label, which they refused. Very big aggravating hassle and pain. I finally settled for the $35, I promise I will never again knowingly deal with these folks. Never have I ever had that type of problem, returning anything to any company!!!
