Great bags for smaller quantities
I am officially a big fan of Mainstays products. These were my latest find to put up small quantities of hot peppers for freezing. For smaller quantities like this, these bags fit the bill. They vacuumed up and sealed very well. Now my peppers are protected against freezer burn. (Pre-freeze fruits and veggies before sealing them up.) I haven't tried to put them in the microwave, or heat them up in simmering water, but since they are high quality like other vacuum bags, I'm betting they will hold up just fine.

I love the fact that you can put them in the dishwasher There great for hot dog and small packages of grounded beef. I also use them for other things besides food. very cost savings.

I was sceptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these bags. I like the long style of them. They are the perfect size to freeze the correct portion of fresh corn off the cob.

Not at wide as advertised
I can't recommend these to anyone wanting them to store Souper Cubes. The dimensions of the bags are indeed 6x10, however the usable width is smaller. The dimensions of the usable space is actually 5-1/4" x 10, with the 5-1/4" being the opening of the bag. This will work for smaller cubes, but the large 2 cup cubes won't fit. They do seal perfectly and seem to be nice bags. They are longer than 10 inches to accomodate the area to be sealed.

wrong sealer bags
The substituted bags of the vacuum sealer I purchased were for a completely different sealer. I assumed thr Great Value brand were for the exact sealer I purchased. I'll be returning them.
