Mainstays Plastic and Stainless Steel Needle Bulb Flavor Injector, 30 ml

Mainstays flavor injector. A fantastic tool to have in the kitchen has a multitude of uses. Some of the things that we use it for are the obvious such as injecting brine into the meat. But also other things we use injector tools for -injecting cream cheese into jalapeno poppers. Very precise writing tool for cupcakes. Happy birthday is Crystal Clear when using the injector tool because it has easy pressure to relieve the frosting exactly where you need it. The Mainstays flavor injector is very heavy duty actually. It comes apart easily. Dishwasher safe. And can hold up to 30 ml or a little over an ounce marinade or liquid. We generally will inject chicken thighs, steaks and pot roast for the best flavor. Let the meat sit overnight if possible then cook the next day. We are amazed at how much better the food is using the injector to get the marinade deep into the meat. Great tool! We have a few injectors, so this one will be right at home. We use these tools weekly as we cook almost every day.

It took us a while to review this product because we wanted to try it with everything. We tried injecting chicken with hot sauce, butter, orange juice (our version of orange chicken) chicken broth, and pickle juice! All worked well except the orange juice (pulp got in the way). Nothing ran out of the needle, it wasn't hard to draw the fluids. Sharp enough to poke meat, but not you. It was a little difficult cleaning the needle, but hot water injected thru the needed did the trick just fine. Its also dishwasher safe. Gonna be very handy for Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas Roasts! Very pleased, will recommend.

This Mainstay Flavor injector is a good little gadget. I tried for the first time when I cooked a chicken. I melted some butter and added some of my favorite seasonings. I injected the mixture in several places of the chicken and then coated the chicken with the remaining mixture. The chicken was delicious. It was extra moist and extra flavorful. It was cool when injecting the legs of the chicken because you could actually see them expand. It is easy to use and easy to clean. My family really liked the new way I cooked the chicken. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving so I can use the injector on my turkey.

Makes the inside of whatever meat your cooking nice and moist in the inside.! I mixed up some butter with hot sauce and some Worcestershire sauce and then carefully injected it into my chicken! after the chicken was done and after letting it rest for a few minutes I cut into it and boy was it ever moist on the inside not to mention delicious..! Was certainly woth the purchase.!!

Such a simple thing, but loaded with the right marinade, it made the turkey GREAT! This is the first time we have used an injector, and it made a very noticeable difference in the flavor and juiciness of the meat.

The products needle came inside the bottle instead of on the packaging and was missing the actual part that connected the needle with the rest of the product.

this product is unsafe it doesnt have a needle cap. When I unwrap this product the needle was under description lable when I removed the the lable the needle was exposed at about 15 degree. When I tried to inject in the meat there was spray from the device. It was difficult to inject and then there is to storage for the needle it layed expoxed . Difficult to clean. Better has a one time use.

Didn't get to use it, I thought I was being stupid cause I couldn't hook it together. It turns out it's missing the piece at the tip that hooks the needle to the barrel. Wish I read the reviews sooner. What a disappointment.
