I was looking for a bread box but they take up so much counter space. I saw this %26 checked it out. The lid snaps on tightly but easy to get off. Loaves fit perfectly with a bit of room so they are not tightly packed. Just what I need to keep my bread fresher longer! Not so bulky or counter hogging. Very happy with this!

bought for my mother with dementia. It's great that it's see-through for her. It helps her keep the bread right next to the toaster because she was afraid the cat would jump on the counter and then she would hide the bread everywhere. This works perfectly.😉

It's very classy. I'm getting into taking things I buy from the store out of its original packaging. I think its more hygenic. This is very attractive and it holds a load of great value honey wheat bread easily. I believe it keeps it softer than when I tie a knot. And I think it adds class to the counter. I will for sure buy another. But it should last awhile..

Overall, it serves the purpose of what it is for. However, for me it doesn't seem to seal strong. But overall I'm satisfied with it and it seems to be keeping my bread fresh and easily available. Don't have to open or twist the bag just open and grab and snap the lid back on.

Happy I found a basic bread keeper at a great price but why does it have 4 holes on the bottom? Seems counterintuitive when the main reason for the container is keep the bread fresh longer. I'm going to put something over the holes. Also I wanted the container for a more pleasing appearance sitting on the counter. Also, a package of 5 bagels will fit in it so I plan to buy another.

I didn't realize this was for bread but was another container for my cupboards. I tried it with my bread but it was moldy the next day. There's no way I will ever use it for bread. I'm just trying to figure out what I will do with a sealed container with holes in the bottom.

It really depends on why you need a bread container. This container is good If you are a person who eats a lot of bread %26 will finish it fast. it has 3 holes on the bottom which defeats the purpose of why I got it which is to protect it from attracting bugs %26 keeping my space clean. lid is thick %26 is a sturdy box but wouldn't recommend for camping

I like the idea of a bread container-ours always gets demolished somehow-but this one has an odor I couldn't get rid of so I can't recommend buying it. Not sure what the plastic consists of, but I washed it the day of purchase and noticed the bread tasted weird a few days later. I've bleached it, peroxide and baking soda'd it, run it thru the dishwasher, smell's still there. It looks good and the price is decent, but if u're throwing out the loaf it's supposed to be saving for u…

I bought two of these bread canisters. There are holes in the bottom to facilitate placement of the loaf with the bag in place; however, it still gets stuck and resists sliding in. I will look for another container without holes and a sliding tray to hold the bread only, no bag!

What would possess Walmart to open holes in the bottom of this item!. Mine has 4 holes, the only reason I'm keeping it is because it's the perfect size that I need. I will put 4 glue dots to cover these holes so that I can use it. If this were in the description I never would have purchased it. Shame on you Walmart!
