Mainstays Portable Double Burner and Hot Plate, 120V~ 1800W

This is my favorite thing to use, this is my second time buying this item and ive used it literally multiple times everyday since last November and just now getting my second one, highly recommend tbh and the heat is consistent, woth nonstop use it did dtart getting finicky toward the end but thats pkay xD i dont think it was intended to be replaced as a full stove

It heats well enough but I'd like it to have had more weight to it being a cooking device. It's light weight and does slide so need caution for sure unless you put non slip thing under it. But it would have been way heartier if it were heavier to feel safer. I got this in a pinch for when my propane runs out I can still function.

still havent found a good way to clean it wish the manufacturer would provide details breaks between 6months -a year with 7 people using it daily. Do mind that the heat isnt very consistent it's always on high and the numbers are just how long it last on the timer before the setting turns off

I need this product for cooking and frying. In the description It nowhere says that you can only boil water and simmer with it. That is CRUCIAL information for up front knowledge of the customer. It gives an impression of misrepresentation. I choose to return it. Thank you

The price was ok because, I found a better one for a lower price somewhere else because this one it overheats, and it burns my food. I got so angry I had to throw it away and I actually feel like I can't buy this kind of things from Walmart for their bad quality.

Ive purchased recently and one of the burners blew within a couple days. I purchased the 2 year protection plan but when I call for a replacement they give you the run around and lie about everything. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!. I AM NOT SATISFIED.

Considering the other reviews I believe I must've just gotten a defective unit. Purchased just recently so I'll be returning this one. The large coil will stop heating and will only heat after I remove and reset my pot or pan the entire time I try to cook. And it's also virtually impossible to clean under the coils. I'm going to replace it with a different brand.

This product is a complete fire hazard. I had water boiling and suddenly the burner eye (metal coil) goes bright yellow and sparks shoot out from under the pot. Thankfully, my daughter and I noticed and quickly unplugged the burner. The metal coil had melted and the plastic around the burner was also melted. Very scary! I had just purchased the burner a few days earlier. I will be returning for a refund.

This product doesn't work properly. I used it for travel purposes. For instance, the larger burner has issues; it turns off in the middle of cooking and may not come back on. It takes forever to cook anything. The smaller burner is okay, but it's not worth the money to buy this. Get an expensive one instead.

If you look at the description of the unit on Walmart site it says "extend your cooking area for your kitchen " It shows a picture of the unit being used. A big pot cooking something and a smaller skillet on the other sautéing vegetables. unpacked it and tried it. won't fry anything!!! read the instruction book and close to the end of the instructions it says "Unit for slow boiling only, do not use for frying or searing " if this would have been in the description on the site I wouldn't have wasted my money on it.
