Mainstays Two-Way Convertible Desk with Lower Storage Shelf, Charcoal, For Adults and Teens

I spent a couple of weeks looking at computer desks from various places. I knew what I wanted and why. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of this desk. It is big enough to hold everything but small enough to fit into my limited space. The desk is stylish and pretty to look at. I really like the L shape. My son-in-law and grandson put it together for me. The only adaptation we had to make was to not install the top shelf so my rig would fit. The only feature this desk did not have was a monitor stand. But, no worries, I purchased a simple, inexpensive one from Wal-Mart.

I can’t recommend this enough! I needed a slightly larger desk at home to accommodate my work from home setup and this desk is perfect. It’s very affordable, easy to set up, and genuinely looks nice! I only purchased it because of a review that was left on here and wanted to confirm that the hype was worth it!

Putting it together was easy by myself. Didn't take long. Everything fit together, holes and pieces lined up well. Just follow instructions for the way you want it set up. Plenty of workspace to spread out and organize, and fit well in apartment spare bedroom. No issues with it after couple months of use as an online college student. Shelf holds multiple textbooks no problem. Was worried for the price and some older reviews, but actually looks good and doesn't give me a reason to complain.

Just get it! I put this together on my 1 hour lunch break. only had to tighten the screws when I got off work, which took about another 30 minutes (that's including assembling the top 3 panels). I am VERY happy with this purchase. It sits up higher than I expected and more than enough room for my three screens! love it!

By far the most stylish desk I have purchased thus far. My only gripe is that the screws need to be place just right or they will become a hassle. Atleast two screws have fallen out since I bought it but its still looks good. Decent desk, took a while to put together but overall I love it for the price.

The desk desk is good quality and very sturdy but it does take some time to assemble. I worked on the desk for 4 hours, I put the desk together myself with no help from anyone. There are lost of screws and assembly required taking time to assemble.

Great size desk, we actually got two in order to create an xl L shaped desk for my partner and I to fit all our computer, work and hobby items into our home office together and our rabbits litter box (breeze XL ) fits nicely under the corner area to be tucked away

We got this desk for my son's bedroom and he absolutely loves it!! It's easy assembly considering my 13 year old daughter already had it all put together and set up before we even got home from work 😊

The Whalen Furniture company sent one wrong part and the desk cannot be assembled. I have tried for three weeks to get the correct part. Whalen Furniture has been unable to help. I am very unhappy that I have 80 pounds of metal %26 wood that is totally useless in my office. I recommend Wal-Mart find some other company to provide their furniture.

holes for screws are not lined up correctly. i have tried keeping screws loose and putting them in a different order. cant make it fit. this is my second one of these desks and the first one didnt have this issue but it clearly effects the stability. very disappointed.
