Mainstays Warming Coffee Mug, 12 oz Stainless Steel Coffee Mug with Mug Warmer Coaster and Lid

It says 12 oz, but, its really like to the brim of the cup 12 oz, its more like a 10 oz cup, which is ok, but confusing when using a keurig, and the 10 oz almost filled it entirely, but, this helps me drink less coffee since it keeps it hot and drinkable longer

I absolutely love this cup. I swear by it this cup is perfect for someone who enjoys hot beverages or love coffee as much as I do. The only downside is after a while I noticed that the coating on the inside of the cup started to chip and come off to where I had to throw away the cup but I did buy me a new one.

The cup wasn’t as big as I thought it was. It works well. It keeps the coffee hat, but it doesn’t hold as much as I thought it would in the picture. It looked bigger and I guess I didn’t pay attention to the quantity that it holds if the mug was bigger, it would be excellent.

Product description says it is a stainless steel mug. The problem is you drink from a plastic liner that gives a chemical flavor to the coffee. I did at least expect what was described. The drink warmth is maintained provi ded you get past the plastic cup.

I like that it did warm up quickly and it did keep my beverage at comfortable temperature for a long time. I didn't like the fact that the inside bottom started to peel away not long after using it. It scared me because I don't know where the peeled parts went? I didn't see the peeled off parts on dish cloth. Did I digest them without knowing? I don't know. Sadly I to return. It would be better if developers would keep the inside all metal without painting it. It would be a good product.

I was so excited to get this product. Then the paint on the interior bottom of this cup started peeling after using this cup for only 4 weeks. I only hand washed with mild detergent and air dried. I also keep the temp on the lowest setting. I am so disappointed in this product.

Wanted to give it a chance die to all positive reviews but it os a total waste. Flaking paint inside the cup after seven months of use. Horrible! I definitely ingested some of the chemicals including DEHP that causes cancer and reproductive harm! They warn you about it but they don’t tell you about the fact that the paint inside the cup is going to flake.

The mug would never hold a charge. It worked great - once - out of the box. After that, it was pretty much just a coffee mug. Not even worth the hassle to return - tossed into the trash, and unironically it took me less time to throw it out than I did waiting for delivery. Do not waste your time or money.

I'm returning one. After using it for a while, maybe a month the inside of the cup starts coming off and don't know if I'm drinking it or not ..? I don't know how to return it? I wish that didn't happened because I really like the cup?

I wanted to love this so much! I have used the identical one with the ION brand name, also sold for about $10 more at Walmart. There is a big design flaw in the one from Mainstays. You turn on the warmer and adjust the temp on the bottom of the mug, but the covering for the switch is attached by a cheap rubber glue . It broke within a day and I returned it and bought another, which also broke in 1 day.
