Best thing I've ever bought for my coffee! It always got too cold before I finished I large mug. I like my coffee hot. Goodbye microwave cuz this warmer is Awesome! Easy to use, I like the way it shuts off if it's not sitting flat or a cup of coffee isn't sitting on it…..then comes right back on when you put the cup back on it!

Excellent gift for my wife! She works at her desk eight hours a day. She has tried everything to keep her coffee or tea warm with insulation cups. Thermos or other warmers. This was ideal for her to keep her drink warm or hot as she goes through her day. A must item when your stuck at your desk for hours...

I like a lot as I get older I noticed that I drink my coffee slower and it often get cold before I finish it. I made this purchase and I'm glad I did. It has three different temperatures setting and I am able to keep my coffee warm when I work on things as I forget about my coffee, but when I'm ready for it, it is warm.

I really like this beverage warmer. I have purchased name brand versions in the past, and found them unsatisfactory. Unlike those, this unit has 3 temperature settings, auto shut off, automatically turns on when a drink is placed on it, and is attractive. Works best with a flat bottomed cup, but will work on either type. It doesn't burn your ccoffee, but keeps it at your choice of drinking temperature. Better than some I paid twice as much for. highly recommend.

I like it although it can get pretty hot...you can't just keep it lukewarm or a little warm. It is pretty much going to be hot or super hot. If you slide the mug just a little too much out of the ring of fire, it turns off, so you have to be aware of this. I hate that you have to unplug it, but there is NO automatic shut off. To be safe, I unplug it every day. If you can't guarantee that you will be mindful of this - do NOT buy it. I could see how it could be dangerous to the unwatchful, busy - minded person, especially if you are keeping it around children!

only thing i didn't like is the time it takesfor my cup to teach max temp. it could be because of my cup too its concaved on the bottom. i really like the pressure sensor off feature.

This is a beautiful mug warmer, but I must return it because of what I see as either design flaws or defects. I like its sleek design, but what are likely considered safety features, I think are flaws: Pro: 1.) It is sleek and attractive. 2.) The mug surface is flat and large, so it can accommodate mugs/cups of various sizes. 3.) Three temperature settings. Con: 1.) You can't turn it on unless a mug or cup is sitting on the unit. I can't pre-heat the warmer while I make my tea unless I put an empty mug on it. 2.) It turns off every time I lift my mug to take a drink! Why????? This makes no sense to me. How can it maintain the temperature if it turns off every time I lift the mug? I see no good purpose for this feature. 3.) The feature that automatically turns it off after a period of time is a good safety feature; however, I discovered that if I leave my mug on it and the mug gets bumped or jostled even a little, the unit turns itself on again. This could be dangerous if I didn't realize it got bumped and the cup were empty. I searched and searched for a mug warmer with a large flat surface and temperature settings, and I had hoped to love this one, but I am going to return it because of the cons I listed.

There are pros and cons to this mug warmer. The gravity sensor is great for me as we have cats that like to walk across tabletops. I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off or waiting for a timed shut off. As far as the temperature settings go, no matter what temp its set to, it never goes above the mid 130 degrees. This temp is fine for me, but if you like your coffee or tea hotter, this isnt the warmer for you.

Keeps the coffee warm, not hot. I use the highest temp setting so I can expected it to be warmer but at least it's not cold. Also, the power button doesn't turn it off to the point where it won't function. You can turn it off while the cup is sitting on top of it but as soon as you lift the cup off and put it back down it goes back on.

I am scared to death it's gonna start a fire. It automatically comes on when anything with some weight is on it. If you accidentally sit something on it without thinking it comes on. It does keep my coffee hot but that's the only good thing about it.
