Mainstays Waterproof EVA Fitted Mattress Protector, Queen

my hyperactive 55 pound long nail rough 2 1/2 year dog/baby, has run amuck like alway, on our bed and it still has no tear or ripping on it an i have a habit of spilling what ever im eating or drinking an it wipes right off, plus it dosent make me sweat to sleep on it. I Love It.

I did receive this free as a Spark Reviewer in exchange for an honest review of the product. I received a queen size cover so put that on my queen bed. It says it will fit up to a 12 inch deep mattress which I do believe. I did include a picture on my mattress and also a side by side picture of the corner to show the extra room after it was on my 8 inch mattress and my fingers behind the cover to show it is suitably thick. It is the fitted variety and does fit nicely and the extra room created by my thinner mattress can easily be tucked under the side so it's not loose and puffy. The EVA vinyl is opaque so it appears white. It seems thick enough to stand up to normal wear and tear for quite awhile. If you have pets with claws who routinely jump on the bed they could possibly tear it. Just putting it on and off and sleeping on it though it should hold up nicely. This can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and doesn't really need any special care. I really like this the only thing I think that might be nice was that it was a little thicker if you have pets like I do. This would be really nice for children's beds especially to protect their mattress.

We got this queen size waterproof mattress protector. Upon opening the package there’s no harsh plastic smell. It’s a good quality of plastic that’s not too thin and will rip. We have used this mattress protector every night for about 12 nights and it does great. There’s no slipping while rolling around at night. Our mattress is 8” thick and the pockets fit perfectly. It is a great fitted mattress protector. I would definitely recommend this one. It’s a great price and does the job. It’s stain and spill protection that won’t allow damages to the mattress. This one will fit mattresses up to 12” thick. If your mattress isn’t 8-12” thick, don’t worry your fitted sheet will hold it in place perfectly.

love that this does NOT slip off the bed LIKE SOOO many other waterproof matttress pads that are NOT fully encased with zipper. Having it covered completely also pleases that it ensures nothing goes through to the "bottom" of mattress......buying a 3rd one as not much money but suggest making them THICKER as they tend to fall apart too easily at top surface.

This mattress protector is on the thinner side but a tad stiff. It would be ideal for children potty training or perhaps an adult who may have issues getting out of bed to use the restroom. It is a bit noisy, but it is basically a plastic protector so I already figured it wouldn't be quiet with movement.

This mattress cover isn't the heaviest plastic material, but it will work great if you have a child or older adult who may have accidents. It's also great for keeping spills from drinks from reaching the mattress and soiling it. It's just basic protection, but it works.

The pad will save your mattress it is completely waterproof. Also it has a snug fit and definitely stays in place even with shifting throughout the night. But when it comes to comfort this mattress pad is far from that. The sound was even more annoying, sounds like a firm plastic bag. It retains heat as well, my husband and awoke in a pool of sweat. I could not believe it my blankets were literally wet my husband and I had to shower and take that pad off not making it through a full nights sleep.

I ordered this product and everything and then my husband came to pick it up from the Walmart in Bentonville on boulevard and needless to say it was not in the bag and when I called and let them know about this and that I actually had two items missing they said that they would give me a refund instead of sending me my order since I had already came up once to get my order but unfortunately they did not do so and so I do not like the pickup order deal the online no problem but be going to the store to pick it up and then they can't complete your order that is just right down ridiculous and not very good way to conduct business

I have some mattress protectors on a few beds in my house and decided to give this one a try. I really didn't like it because it felt like a cheap plastic bag on my bed. It wasn't comfortable to sleep on and felt hot in my opinion. I like the one on my other beds (I can't remember the name of them...sorry). My other protectors feel more fabric like and are very durable. This one...not so much.

This mattress cover is fully vinyl; so slips off the mattress rather easily and also sounds like someone crunching up a brown paper bag every time you change positions during the night. It's also not really 'fitted', but quite baggy. And although it IS baggy, it still is too small for my pillow-top queen mattress. I put it on my mattress a couple of nights ago; then put a fitted sheet over top of it, thinking maybe that would help it to stay on the mattress. It did not, as you can see from the picture I took after getting up the next morning. We have decided to use it as a tarp -- perhaps covering our grill/smoker on the back patio. That's about all it's good for, as far as I can tell.
