I started using this herb on jan 9. It was recommended by my lactation specialist. So far I have seen a increase in my milk supply. I went from producing only 6-9 ounces in a day to 19-20 ounces a day. I will continue to take my supplements and see where I am 3 months from now. ( your supply is established at this time)

So far my experience has been great, they were recommended by the LC and I have combined daily goats rue with lactation cookies. I feel that it does make a difference and increases milk supply noticeably. I like that they're natural, affordable, and made in the USA. Also the capsules go down easy and don't leave a bad aftertaste, which is appreciated. Wish the capsules were concentrated enough for the dosage to be 1 pill once a day, but all the options I saw suggested 2 pills twice a day.

love how fast this product works ND also how well this product works. took 3 pills twice a day and noticed my milk increased within only a few days. would highly recommend this and any other products they have to offer.

Since I have been taking mamas select goats rue I have seen about a 4oz increase in my milk supply

I have been pleased with the product thus far. I have PCOS and it is helping me increase my supply.

I started on this supplement right after birth to help make milk. I have igt (insufficient glandular tissue) and i had some really great results using it. this is the first herbal remedy I recommend to moms who have low supply. would use it again for another baby.

not sure if its helping. ive taken for over a month no increase..possible decrease actually in milk since i started these. goats rue helped my previous but this current baby im having to give formula at 3 months bc my milk is only an ounce or two and hes definitely needing MORE. it might be my body idk... these pulls give me the burps, poots and constipation. am i allergic? idk lol i hear it works for majority of folks though. ive tried the drink mixes, pills, teas, lausenges, n all cookies...you name it... probably my stress levels i guess lol 😆 ahhh kids. gotta love em lol
