It's a great conditioner. It smells ok, kinda light scented, which is nice. It works great in my hair by helping it soften up.

I have coarse hair that is chemically processed. This conditioner is great for regular use as it leaves my hair feeling smooth and soft without feeling like it's left a coating on my hair. I usually air dry my hair and that can result in it being frizzy- i like to use the Mane %26 Tail Replenishing Shampoo this conditioner, and after I've towel dried my hair, I'll water down about a quarter sized amount of the conditioner and apply as a leave in for the ends of my hair. This gives me a non-frizz/softening feel without having to heat style. I'll definitely by again. Shipping was great, bottle arrived in a size appropriate box with the bottle's top sticker sealed to prevent leakage, and a thank you note on the receipt. There was even biodegradable packing peanuts to protect the bottle during transit. lol- i mention all this bc it was a nice touch, and left a good impression when i don't usually think about this sort of thing.
