Well, when it comes to shaving hair off your back nothing can make it effortless but this mangroomer makes it possible and does the job. After having some medical issues and tests, parts of my chest and back had to be shaved. It was driving me crazy afterwards so I decided to shave it all off. I searched and found this and got the job done and boy do I feel better. Now I will keep it all off with the mangroomers help! It asks for photos but I'll spare you the horror! LOL

Gets the job done of shaving the hair on your back and chest(if so desired). I had the first model which broke when it fell. What I notice is the cutting heads need replacing about every year or two.

Years of looking for a product for back hair that I can use at home ... now I have the device and self-confidence to go to the pool without a shirt on!

Don't waste your money. It IS better than nothing, but it's practically impossible to get the angle/reach you need if you're tall like me, and sometimes you rake over your skin repeatedly and it wont cut the hair, it just scratches and pulls at your hair/skin. I want my money back.

Felt like it was ripping your hair out instead of cutting. After I trimmed down then went back next week to use as it should have been easier for a maintaining cut. While it didn't hurt as bad while trimming, you had to go over and over just to get a smooth cut . Only thing positive about it is the long reach handle. I though with 2 different types of heads that you could just trim areas, but you can't. I normally just trim my chest hair and with this it grabs and pulls.

Item was defective. Returned to my local Walmart but its been over 4 weeks and still the money has not been credited back to my account. Very disappointed.
