As usual, this recipe did not disappoint. It stayed moist for the entire week of Passover and did not turn moldy or stale. The taste is good, not too sweet and not to bland, it's in the Baby Bear "Just Right" territory for a dessert or breakfast item. One can, of course, spruce it up with a cream cheese style frosting if desired. I have been making these for Passover for MANY years. They are even good to make during the year if you need to just bring a little something with you if you are going to a pot luck social function. Can be made quickly and comes with it's own baking pan so you don't need to buy anything else except the eggs.

perfect for passover. i do prefer the other cakes for passover but this worked in a pinch since the marbel, chocolate or yellow cakes were noy available.

Will be using for Pasdover next year. The date will still be good. Manishevetz, in my families opinion, has the best flavor and texture of honey cake. And upon looking, Walmart had the best price.
