I received order little quicker than expected. I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. Only problem we had was putting the seat on the base. We had to do it different than the instructions.

One of the best gifts ever! Take your time %26 read the instructions. Everything went together pretty easily. Over all result was a great fun sturdy piece! This is perfect for the gamer in your life. Ages 4-84 will love racing in this chair.

The assembly instructions was missing a page showing how to attach the chair itself to the stand which was a pain. Otherwise it seems like a decent set up with many options for adjusting to customize to user sizes.

i did not like the assembly part. the chair part was very difficult to put together

Was missing pieces very hard to get them . Took a month to receive. And the plastic part came cracked. It was a hassle to explain what was missing they weren't understand or getting the pictures I was sending

missing parts n instructions are not clear n no instruction on how to connect chair to cockpit at all

I had to have someone drill holes because my steering wheel and my gear shift would not line up with any of the holes on the chair the table itself is to narrow to use the steering wheel stabilizer so using just the screws to hold it on...

My son just opened the box on yesterday to assemble the product. The only thing in the box was the chair and the parts to assemble it. The cockpit parts were missing from the box. My grandson was very disappointed because he was ready to begin playing with his steering wheel with the full set up

One of the WORST instruction manuals I've ever read. spent almost $300 on parts i'm missing?? Doesn't tell me how to install the seat either.

When I began putting this item together I was immediately furious to see that one of the female screw holes on the chair were entirely stripped out with no thread the allow a screw to connect to it. The 2nd biggest issue is the size of the chair, it's shockingly big compared to any other sim chair I've used. Additionally the entire frame is so low to the floor it is not compatible with a monitor or tv that is sitting above a desk like any normal computer, so to play you have to look up as if your looking at the moon just to see the computer screen. Waste of Time and trouble.
