I ordered these coffee cups because your online ad stated these were 14 oz. coffee cups but, the are NOT 14 oz!! They are 11 oz and not what I wanted or needed. Disappointed that I have to return them . It would be appropriate to post the correct capacity of the cups!!!!!!

It arrived with all the handles broken off after being shipped to me. I had to return it.

I waited a long time for it to be delivered and when it finally came the cups were broken in pieces. I took it out of the box not knowing it was broken and it went everywhere huge mess to clean up. I contacted Walmart the next day on they wanted me to return it so I had to put it back in the box and take it to FedEx to return it. HUGE HASSLE

Although these cups are pretty and inspirational, the cups actually hold less than 12 oz of fluid. I was looking for a few cups that can hold the coffee from my keurig when I use the 12 oz setting, hopefully allowing room for creamer or syrup adders. These cups could not even hold the coffee from the keurig. I used a measuring cup and found the cup only held exactly 12 oz and NO MORE.

I stirred cream in my coffee and it chip the inside... I set it on the counter and chip a piece off ....very disappointed

Looks like a nice set of cups. The packaging appears not to be adequate for current shipping methods
